A Farley has a very impressive and comprehensive website. However for items ordered their delivery process takes at least a week longer than other similar online retailers. I also find their delivery packaging quite flimsy and given that one of my last items seems to be faulty and arrived without operating instructions i am struggling to find out how to return the item (other retailers seem to provide documentation in the delivery package for potentail returns). So before concluding i need to see how the return process pans out - i am not feeling too confident based on experience to date.

I've worn the boots twice and find the uncomfortable and 1 boot the leather has crincled.

Poor customer service . Didn’t receive item . Delivered to incorrect address . Told I need to wait 10days before a resolution can be made even after I have requested a refund instead of a replacement .

Sent wrong size boots before Christmas. Has required repeated follow up to resolve. Hoping to receive correct size as originally ordered in the next few days

Disappointed- late delivery and scratched. The last package from an order on the 10th Dec arrived on 29th Dec after Christmas so too late for a present. In addition whilst it doesn’t appear damaged- there are small scratches on the Yeti rambler which I’m surprised at given the expense and as it was very well wrapped for transit suggests it was packaged with scratches.

Waited a long time for this item even after paying extra for quicker delivery. Item itself (shooting coat) was amazing but was 2 sizes too big even though I’d ordered correct size. I’ve returned item and hoping when I order the smaller size that it fits better

Communication was very poor. Order placed on 11/12. 18/12 we were informed an item could no longer be supplied. No dispatch date given for remaining items. Took 45 minutes to get through on the phone. Item eventually arrived on Christmas Eve.

Clothes are great but Xmas delivery is chaotic. They were mssively overwhelemed and one person in the office trying to help isn't enough.

Positives - Easy to use site. Competitive pricing. Negatives - late delivery. Had to phone company to ask them to find out why items had not been despatched after they were due to arrive. Colour of both items looks very different to items ordered eg. Ordered a brown key ring but received a black one.

Customer service was not great, l called several times as my order had not arrived although the money was taken on the finel call a young lady refund me 25 pounds as she could see how long l had been waiting although she was lovely the order should not of been taken if the belt was not in stock as l only received my purchase after 4 plus calls to the company. My order was record late Christmas Eve and l do not think l would of got this if l had not called as many times.

While the item was a quality shirt. The packaging was atrocious, the shirt arrived rolled up in a plastic bag. Very, very poor standard.

Lengthy delay of 10 days before item was dispatched to the courier, therefore causing further delays afterwards with courier in postal service. Took 16 days from date of purchase before receiving and didn't come on time as was required for birthday present. Contacted customer service multiple times via email and didn't get much help.

I ordered a pair of Barker shoes from you and quoted an original specification No , to which you replied ' It doesnt mean anything'. May be you could have asked Barker's. You replied in 48 hours ??? Having confirmed my order with delivery date , you continualy sent me reminders to buy these shoes. I then wondered if you had actaualy processed my oreder ???? Thinking may be I had been scammed , was on the verge of contacting my credit card co. I then had a message that emails would take 72 hours ?????

Overall order and delivery went smoothly however was quite disappointed to find the garment squashed in a ball in a Royal Mail black bag only , no neat fold or paper insert or protective packet . Simply squashed in a ball like something from Vinted to save on postage. Quite disappointing on a shirt that cost over £100 never thought I’d had to iron my Christmas present prior to wrapping it. Comparing to other labels purchased they always come neatly presented.

Items delivered in poor condition. RM Williams boots were delivered in a damaged box and the shoes have glitter on the soles…they appear to be display shoes. The jumper was delivered with no labels and not in any protective packaging. When you pay premium prices, you expect high quality, which sadly is not the case in the packaging and presentation.

Purchased 2 expensive jackets 12 days ago. Still have not received them due to Royal Mail failing to deliver. I am now being told to collect from depot but you don't seem to know where that depot is or the parcel location. Disappointing. Maybe change your courier.

Nice website with a new order discount, but shockingly slow with delivery. I understand this is common at this time of year unfortunately, but I had to chase this - order arrived 11 days after ordering. (Said 2-5 days) As this was a birthday gift I found this a great shame.
