ordered 2 items,took my money, it said next day delivery. Howerver 3 weeks later after emailing them the order finally arrived however one of the items was no longer available and they refunded me. I think they just misslaid my order!!

What can I say, the web site was great experience. Straightforward and simple. Payment taken swiftly and then I waited. Next day delivery to your door the web site said. After two days contacted Farley Country, told the Oder not processed yet, it be done soon. Two days later, in formed by the courier to collect from the local co-op. So, 6 days from placing the order to me having to cancel levy the goods. Poor customer experience Missed informed with Next day delivery displayed on the website and payment screen.

Ordered a pair of Harkila boots. Excellent product however very poor delivery service offered for such a premium product. Was no option for express delivery. Waited over a week with still no dispatch or update. Poor.

Did not arrive with one day delivery as promised. Poorly packaged with no internal wrapping inside DPD bag. Item undersized and not quality expected. No return paperwork, have to go to Farley website and print. Then no free returns, £9 via DPD. Expected better

At the start I was really happy with the ease of ordering from A Farley however I ordered a jacket and it had been apparently discontinued , but I hadn’t been made aware I was just told there was a delay from the stockist. I decided to cancel the item as I needed it for Christmas and re ordered the newer version of the jacket that was in stock. I received no email conf although had the PayPal receipt. After a few days I decided to call and was advised the order was there and it would be delivered but maybe not for Christmas. The jacket arrived 2 days before which I was really happy about however it was a tad too small so I needed the next size up. I have not been able to talk to anyone as the return needed an order number which I hadn’t got for the 2nd jacket as I had no conf email as previously mentioned. i have sent 4 emails and tried the phone however this has been suspended due to high call demand. I decided to initiate the return annd just sent my email trail of the saga and purchased the DPD return (£8.95) from the A Farley website. Again I am waiting for confirmation of this and the email label to be able to send the item back. I realise it is still the Christmas period but I have to say the communication has been awful. Most businesses are in operation and there is nothing on the website to say they are closed for the period. I am at a loss to know what to do next . I think just a simple confirmation automatic email in response would be good even if they can’t deal with the issues there and then.

The product - Meyer Chinos - cannot be altered or affected by what the retailer does. Meyer is a good brand of Chino that I've relied on for many years. Where the retailer can affect things is engagement, communication and delivery. Compared to other retailers I use, they were not as good with engagement and communication and they missed their own delivery timescale without so much as a 'by your leave'. I emailed asking when I should expect the garments and didn't get a reply. Great garments, very disappointing on customer service.

The service was great , the product was poor. When you buy a boot for outdoors and all weather walking you expect it to be proven. The boot I bought had the worst sole on it I’ve ever experienced. Over wet terrain it had zero grip. I ve lost count of the falls I’ve had and would not buy this product again

There was a delay in receiving items and when received the boots were defective with two scrapes on the boot and poorly finished leather around outer ankle area.

Very poor returns proceedure, outdated and at a cost of some £15.00p to return a pair of tight fitting boots so therefore will not be buying from them again.

Received my order yesterday. Disappointed that after ordering a week ago that the order was wrong and a different style sent to that ordered. Still have to work out how to return.

Very happy with the products, delivery was very poor-order made 11.47am Thursday 19th october, delivery was Monday 30th October. That is not 3-5 working days.

First time user. It took four weeks for the completion of my order. Found everyone very pleasant but without the information regarding the availability of the required items. Got the impression that sales continued despite the stock being available. Some work required to ensure a smooth running operation.

Bought a size 10 boots which is the size I have bought before but they were too large. It cost me over £8 to return them so I think I’ll leave it there rather than risk having to return it again.

When purchasing the site suggested next day delivery Once in the process of purchasing it only offer standard 5-7 “working” days. A time limit used to the maximum. I emailed to chase order and was given a flippant response about standard delivery times which I found disappointing. Items arrived after a trip I wanted then for, 7 to 8 days after ordered. (Not sure exactly, I was away!) I will avoid using in the future unless A Farley is the only place selling an item

Poorly packaged item considering the value of the Jacket I bought. No paperwork so no idea how to return item. You also have to pay for returns. Pretty poor as you can’t exchange items , so I have had to buy 2 jackets to get the size and pay postage twice. Pretty rubbish service really when I have spent nearly £500.
