Good quality shoes which I bought. Cannot fault those. But I ordered on 4/11/25 and they were not delivered until 17/11/25. Turns out they were not in stock when I ordered and I only found this out after I had to contact them to find out what was happening with my delivery. These were bought for a function I was attending on the 15th but did not arrive in time. I had to run about last minute buy another pair of shoes to be able to attend my function. So if you’re ordering anything I would contact to make sure whatever it is, is actually in stock. Only giving 2 stars due to being let down

Easy to order but unfortunately disappointed with the boots, come up way to big and not sure how waterproof they are. For £204.00 i expected better quality.

Item did not arrive no fault of the seller but is probably due to Royal Mail contact with company has been good but I’m still waiting for a replacement or refund for an expensive item. Unfortunately I’ve had to purchase elsewhere well this gets sorted as it was for a gift. I’m looking to contact company again this week to resolve this problem.

I waited well in excess of the quoted delivery date for my order to be dispatched. I queried a number of times on live chat as to why it had not been processed. I tried to telephone but no one answered. Eventually I got hold of someone and my order was sent the next day. No explanation of why the delay had occurred. I won’t order again which is a pity as I want the matching jacket

Not very impressed. I initially rang up to inform A Farley that the Ariat boots I had purchased from them neneeded returning as the zip had broken. I was assured that a postage paid container would be sent to me for me to use to return the boots. This was a few weeks ago and dispite emailing A Farley it has still not arrived. At the same time I bought a coat and a replacement pair of boots, which took 10 days to arrive. I needed to telephone to place the order as the web site kept mis calculating my loyality points . The person I spoke to also made a mistake in calculating the discount and did not really seem to know what they were doing. I will email again to hopefully receive return postage for the broken boots, which will be over 3 weeks from first requesting.

i ordered a black polo shirt rm williams and i got the “express delivery within four working days” and i ordered it 2nd of july. and i didn’t receive the shirt for 2 weeks later i think this is a joke and i payed and exact €18 for that shipping!

I ordered a golf bag they said they would deliver this on a 3 to 5 working days on there website ,i waited more than 5 days before i had to phone customer services ,the lady was really nice ,she emailed me back to aplogize for the wait and said the warehouse was waiting on order coming in ,i did recieve the bag a couple of days later ,and was promised a good will gesture something regarding gold ,never recieved nothing rarding this ,they asked if I would like money of my next purchase or a good will gesture ,still waiting on it ,very little communication regarding product ,but would still recommend them

Brands offered are excellent ,found what I was looking for! Customer service enquiry on delivery had no response at all. Delivery was nearly 2 weeks so wouldn't use again !

Ordered on the 24th of July for my birthday , the web site said 5 working days for delivery . I then received email stating a week delay on sending out .Email sent to ask where my order was . Received reply saying now 21 st of August so if ordering make sure you order well in advance .

Farleys….. please don’t take orders if you don’t have it in stock . I could have ordered it from somewhere else just like you did after you’d taken my payment . 2 weeks for trousers to arrive is not good .

Disappointed with footwear. Right boot significantly wider than left boot which was clearly visible when looking at them as a pair. Very poor fit, unable to walk without foot sliding about in the boot. Very unhappy at being charged 3 times more the cost of return postage dictated by the seller

I ordered two YETI boxes from A Farley Country Attire well in advance, two weeks before I needed them, and selected the 2 to 5 day delivery option. I received my confirmation email and then nothing. After 5 days of silence, I called and was told dispatch should happen soon and I’d get them the day after, and to expect an email shortly. That didn’t happen. I chased again, was told someone would investigate and call me back, but no one did. When I rang back later that day, I was finally told the items were out of stock and I should have received an email, which I never did. They had apparently just reordered them and said they’d arrive in a few days and be dispatched straight after. To be fair, that part did happen and the boxes arrived the day before I needed them. The items themselves were exactly as expected and well packaged, and every person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and polite. But overall, the experience was frustrating and stressful, especially for a high-value order. I’d seen mixed reviews about delivery delays but gave them a go anyway. I regret that now and would be cautious about ordering again unless there is no time pressure.

Placed an order for 3 items, money was taken the following day (fine, fully expected that) but after 11 days i still hadnt had an email telling me my order had been shipped. Had to ring them, they came back several hours later, that there had been an issue, and the order hadnt been processed, they would get it despatched the following day. i just wonder if i hadnt chased at what point would someone have realised? This isnt the only time i have had delivery issues with A.Farley, website is good, products good but delivery process seems to let them down.

Customer service is Poor. Items ordered were out of stock but I wasn’t informed until 4 days after placing the order. They said they emailed but they hadn’t. Cancelled out of stock item and ordered from another website and received next day. Had to wait a further 4 days for the remainder of my order from A Farley. And the ‘out of stock’ boots are still showing online as available!
