I need a different size of boot that I ordered for a Christmas present . Now I find not only that I can’t exchange them but I have to pay £10 to drive to a DPS return them and re order. AND the returns label isn’t available on your website so I have to wait to have them emailed to me - why? You haven’t been available since Christmas and now I’m 20th in a queue to speak to a customer services rep. I won’t be ordering from you again. It’s really very poor services indeed. Shocking.

Ordered some boots, took a week and a half to arrive, the fit was overly large (not their fault obviously), sent them an email asking how to return them, get a standardised reply say they’re busy and it’d take days to get back to me. After days of hearing nothing I called, the returns process is either a prepaid £10 DPD from their website or take your chances with your own courier. Not impressed.

Upon placing the order I received confirmation that payment was successful and item was being picked. I had the order sent to my daughter who was staying with a relative. Well apparently the item wasn't even in stock and by the time the item was finally delivered my daughter had left. Disappointing service. Item finally got redirected and has a mark on the shoe. Way too much hassle to return now as I live in NZ.

Ordered le chameau welllies. First problem, order was uk 6 but actually when arrived was uk 6.5. These wellies are supposed to be amazing. Genuinely would not have ever spent £230 on these rubbish wellies. They are barely adequate. My partner loves hers but why does a mens fit expect me to weigh 18 stone at 5’8” for calves to fit! Wish I could send them back, they’re rubbish!

Purchased shoes via the website at full price then found them heavily discounted in their ‘sale’ section, same website. I emailed cs asking them to honour the ‘Sale’ price but received no reply and still ended up paying full price. Poor CS, no communication and unethical practice. Very disappointing

We sent them back! Disappointed you have to send back and reorder instead of exchange. Anyway for this reason we didn’t reorder!

Extraordinarily slow turnaround on our first A Farley order (Meyer jeans) - took 2 weeks and despite chasing they still didn't arrive as indicted - we were told that dpd didn't pick up. Very disappointing.

Parcel still hasn’t arrived at its destination taking days longer than was led to believe. Sent as a birthday present - missed date! Very expensive item! DPD keep saying they are going to deliver but still haven’t

Had to chase up order on line twice, no communication after order was placed, difficult to get someone to answer the phone, poor online service.The staff on the phone very pleasant the first member did not sort my delivery out, it took the 2nd member of staff to finally get my order to be finally delivered.

My daughter opened the parcel on her birthday, the box was all battered and just about held together with cellotape. When she opened it there were two completely different shoes inside! Disappointed was an understatement.
