Purchased shoes via the website at full price then found them heavily discounted in their ‘sale’ section, same website. I emailed cs asking them to honour the ‘Sale’ price but received no reply and still ended up paying full price. Poor CS, no communication and unethical practice. Very disappointing

We sent them back! Disappointed you have to send back and reorder instead of exchange. Anyway for this reason we didn’t reorder!

Extraordinarily slow turnaround on our first A Farley order (Meyer jeans) - took 2 weeks and despite chasing they still didn't arrive as indicted - we were told that dpd didn't pick up. Very disappointing.

Parcel still hasn’t arrived at its destination taking days longer than was led to believe. Sent as a birthday present - missed date! Very expensive item! DPD keep saying they are going to deliver but still haven’t

Had to chase up order on line twice, no communication after order was placed, difficult to get someone to answer the phone, poor online service.The staff on the phone very pleasant the first member did not sort my delivery out, it took the 2nd member of staff to finally get my order to be finally delivered.

My daughter opened the parcel on her birthday, the box was all battered and just about held together with cellotape. When she opened it there were two completely different shoes inside! Disappointed was an understatement.

I placed a time sensitive order for two items and the while order was a nightmare. First there was no order confirmation, when I called I was told one item was out of stock, then the remaining item became lost. Again I had to call up to find this out because email communication was so poor. I won’t be ordering again and would advise others against this brand.

Please accept my sincere apologies that you did not receive the order confirmation, as explained by our customer services manager Emmie, this is not a usual occurrence and our system seemed to have an issue sending it to your email address. In regards to DPD usually they are very good at collecting and delivering goods however as per your conversation with Emmie last week, DPD had unfortunately reconsigned your parcel back to us in error which was completely out of our hands. We fully understand how frustrating this may be and can only apologise for this. Terrible experience with deliveries. Extremely disappointed very slow, states 2 to 5 working days and it’s worse than that. Deliveries appear weeks later. Unacceptable really. A Farley take your money and deliver whenever. Still waiting for some Hoggs of Fife boots which have been weeks. Still not arrived. It’s not DPD. DPD are the best courier out there by non.

Paid for express delivery via DPD. Took 8 days to arrive. Doesn’t look like the fault of DPD, just wasn’t dispatched from the warehouse quickly.

I would love to give a review on the deck shoes I ordered on 1/7/24 for my husband’s birthday on 12/7/24. However, this is not possible as I still haven’t received them. So disappointed with the fact they were late being dispatched and even with the 2-5 working days express delivery still haven’t arrived. I live in hope that one day they might appear ! The item arrived promptly but was not of the quality or size required so has to be returned. There was no return instruction or code with the item,unlike its replacement from another supplier, so I had to use the Bot to request a return label which it promised to email me. It has not arrived yet and I am still unable to return the item until I recieve it. Not satisfactory.

The Meyer shorts I purchased for a holiday arrived 4 days late, but were still delivered to the wrong address which I eventually located. No apology/compensation recieved. Terrible service.

Having looked into your order we can see you missed your house name off your shipping address when you placed the order, which is what caused the issue with DPD delivering to the wrong address and also caused the delay while the order was in shipping. Sadly we never received them. We had to email a couple of times to find out where they were. We got a refund in the end and had to buy them somewhere else.

I ordered on 30th May and still have not received my order as of today 13th May. They are now saying 17th May! Just terrible customer support! There are other country clothing retailers who will get things to you alot quicker. They also list things as in stock on the website then when you order it they need to order it in! Really Not great at all!!

We have had a look into your order and can see your order was dispatched to be with you within the time frame, minus a couple of items that unfortunately we are awaiting our restocking delivery. We have tracked the order and can see on this occasion DPD have dispatched the order to the wrong depot in Scotland, which caused a slight delay in receiving your order. However, DPD have since managed to relocate the order meaning it is due to arrive with you today, the 13th June, as opposed to the 17th June.
