“Not the best experience. My order was delayed and although the lady i spoke to got my parcel out on an overnight del, it was unfortunatly the wrong colour sent, as it was a gift i kept it. If it had been sent in time, i would have had time to send it back for correct colour.”

“I Ordered the Seeland Outdoor Membrane trousers in the reduced offer at £84 a great saving however A Farley sent me the Seeland Outdoor Stretch trousers instead. When I contacted the customer service team the lady was very polite and apologetic however the Membrane trousers were out of stock so I just felt let down however the customer service team contacted me vis phone and explained they were out of stock but will try to order direct from Sealand, this they did and got the trousers I ordered within a couple of days. Yes, I was put out but the customer service was fantastic a rare attribute in our current world, will order from you again.”

“Very happy. Ordered a child’s ARIAT Softshell fleece that was way too small sent back no issues and called up about another enquiry. The person on the phone checked DPD and gave me a refund immediately. Highly recommended.”

“I would have given 5 stars but your delivery service is awful in this case DPD , my boots took ages to arrive and then I had to pick them up at their depot which is time and money , I have a full time house keeper how can I miss a delivery .Awful service”

“Communication wasn't great, one of the items I ordered was out of stock despite the order being made and I only found out when I chased so this item is now cancelled, plus the other item i ordered wasn't delivered in the timeline stated, so I wasn't able to wear to the event I ordered them for.”

“Bought Bruhl trousers which fit fine. Arrived in good time. Only problem is that belt with trousers is much larger size than trousers, 36", trousers with no holes belt for 36". Not AFCA fault and am keeping trousers.”

“I ordered a tilly hat on the basis that it would be delivered in 5 - 6 days but it transpired they did not have it in stock and when i phoned they were unable to give a date when they would get it in. There is nowhere on the site saying that they do not carry the stock of this item. All pretty shabby. Needless to say it was late”

“Gorgeous slim fit Dubarry Galway boots....love them. I look like a pirate in most country boots with wide calves smacking the back of my legs but these fit perfectly. They are not going to be returned but I was impressed that an easy return label and instructions came with the boots. Delivery was speedy, altogether first class..the boots were for me (Ian's wife)”

“Hi, I’ve had my Harkila Reidmar-U-turn system boots now for a week, I do dog walking, these boots are comfortable and the best bit for me is the speed of putting them on and off as I have to go into peoples homes to pick up and drop off there dog. Regards”
