“I purchased a Barbour Beadnell jacket which was exactly what I wanted. Ordered a size up (14) so as to accommodate a bulky sweater but it doesn’t look too big on me. The service received from A Farley was exceptional - I ordered the jacket on a Sunday and had it delivered FOC on the Tuesday morning. The return service which I didn’t need looks to be very simple and customer friendly too.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for kindly placing an order with A Farley. We are sorry to hear your shoes do not fit, unfortunately, we do not have any control over the sizing of any brands we stock. We do however offer a pre-paid DPD returns label for any items that are not suitable. If you would like to return the shoes to us free of charge, we can arrange for a refund to be processed and you have the option to place an order for a different size. “Great quality products but there are issues relating to stock levels and communication, Ordered Brax jeans which according to the website were in stock and deliverable in 5 days. After 2 weeks and no sign of my purchase and no communication, I chased A Farley up and was told the product I ordered was out of stock but would be available for delivery in 4 days. Had to chase up again after 3 weeks and no communication. Product eventually turned up after nearly 4 weeks.”

“I have tried for half an hour to get through to customer service to request an email with pre-paid postage to be sent. I was apparently number 1 in the queue at one point and still didn’t get to speak to anyone.”

“You can tell straight away these are a quality pair of wellies. They are without doubt the best I have ever worn - so comfortable. Whilst the weather is currently warm and mild you can tell that they will keep your feet warm in the winter. Definitely worth the money in my opinion”
