It took longer for delivery than I expected. The le chameau wellington socks arrived without any packaging/label (for £35 socks, I would expect them to be packaged as new with a tag on at least) the returns procedure was a real effort not having a printer at home, having to print two separate pages, and £7.95 to return an item is expensive considering the website widely advertises free returns and free next day delivery. Items were not packaged well, the extra items I had ordered had been out in with the wellingtons, meaning the boot jack was digging into the wellingtons.

Item good and all okay with that. Communication was dire. No indication of when my order would be sent, no email to say "Sent" - I just randomly got an email from DPD. I emailed the support email to ask what was going on - ignored. Started to think the store was a scam. Luckily it all worked out in the end. Honestly wouldn't recommend shopping here.

Unfortunately, the item i selected was not suitable wrong size and cut BUT it was the return policy which is wrong you made it very difficult By not including a returns label and charging for its issue in a very obscure way Other companies are much more helpful Regards John

Unfortunately we do not provide free returns which is outlined on our website, which explains why a returns label is not included in with the order. We do however provide a returns service for £7.95 which can be purchased on our website. Initially I was impressed by the service. I wanted a william lockie jersey as I know the good quality of the product. I live in france and can't find them here. The package arrived very quickly but I had to pay 37 euros customs and ups costs. The jersey was too small so I sent it back. A further 20 euros. So far 57 euros spent on a jersey costing 90gbp. So far no offer of assistance. One other point, I intially I asked what size equates to xl jersey I bought in the william lockie shop in hawick. I was told that the sizes were shown on there site. Not so. The only thing I saw was a chart in inches. Not much help for people in Europe. Who deals in inches any more. As we all know how to convert these measurements. When it comes to clothing it never works. All in all, if you live in Europe do not buy from this company. I've lost 50 euros and have nothing to show for it. Not happy at all.

Unfortunately, when shipping outside of the UK we do not have any control over custom charges, nor can we advise of this prior to a order being shipped. This is controlled by your local government and is unfortunately out of our hands. If an item is not correct, we also do not have any control of the return costs to return an item. Unforunetly the size guide provided by William Lockie themselves is in inches, and therefore this is how we convey the sizing to our customers.
