“Very prompt service, received my order the next day, unfortunately the item was too small and I do begrudge paying for returns when I have paid for an expensive item.”

“Outstanding service - I ordered trousers, had an apologetic call from them to say they were out of stock, but offered two alternatives, price matched to the originals. This meant a 70% discount! Many others would have just sent an email saying out of stock and refund will be processed!”

“With the Brexit, we must now pay in France an import tax (about 100 €) with the shoes I bought. So, in the future, I'm not sure to continue buying English shoes, despite the quality. Best regards”
