“On first acquaintance this firm have been reasonable though not perfect by modern standards. They took every one of the seven working days and a bit to supply my order and when it arrived it was not what I thought I had ordered. I phoned to try to rectify the issue and although I was number one in the queue it took twenty minutes before it was answered. The staff were very helpful and I think the issue is now resolved but I am now waiting for firstly, the refund for what was sent and secondly, hopefully what I thought I had ordered in the first place. No doubt that will be another two weeks of waiting!”

“I know the item will be good quality because I’ve ordered in the past. However I would’ve given 5 stars except delivery has not arrived because courier delivered parcel to post office as requested but then inadvertently took it back to depot. I had to do the running around to arrange for it to be brought back to post office”
