The website kept defaulting to a ladies size 3 for the boots instead of a size 7. I thought I had secured a size 7 but order went through as a 3. That being said I got an immediate and positive response to my problem with a very open and common sense approach to replacement after the Christmas rush. This put my mind at ease . Thank you and I look forward to a quick turnaround on sizes .
