“I was told the part was available I paid the money for the part plus postage, When chaseing the part was told it was lost in the post the money was returned a very poor service.”

“Ordering was simple and the quote came through very promptly. All and any communication was quickly replied to and I was kept abreast. I had an issue with the courier holding my parcel for a week and not telling 1st Choice, and i had ordered well in advance of requirement so I didn't initially chase. That said, they kept me well in the loop and once the courier got back to them it all got resolved in plenty of time.
