“Not impresed, placed enquiry for two doors, recived responce, paid the money, goods didnt arrive, called 3 days later to be told they would refund the money as thet didnt have the doors. Tried enquiry again, recived responce, paid the money, doors arrived a week late both were dinted and scratched where they had put them on the pallet facing each other with nothing inbetween for £1200-00 I expected a lot better condition, BEWARE !!!”

“Having ordered the part I received photos of the part but I didn’t realise I had to confirm this was the correct item this resulted in a delay and the part wasn’t available anymore but they had another one which i confirmed and waited for delivery. Unfortunately the next thing I received was a refund
So I still need the part which I shall have to pursue when I return from holiday”

“I have finally received the oil pump I ordered 3 weeks ago. I guess the issue was with the company Ecoparts out of Hinckley, whose correspondence was woeful. I had to repeatedly ask for a tracking number which I finally had 3 days after DHL tried to deliver it unsuccessfully as I was away, hence the request for the tracking.”

“The company that supplied part sent it incomplete which did arrive the next day. Contacted them and they said they would send a replacement and they would collect the incomplete one. Waited three days and nothing. Contacted them and they said they tried to contact me ( no missed calls on my phone). They refunded the money. So have to try and find part elsewhere”

“I received the items so the door is okay fit to my car but the wing is for another model so it does not fit my car so I do not know what can I do with the wing now”
“I was sent an incorrect sized tyre and wheel, received a 16" rather than the required 15". When i advised the dealer, he said it was a mix up at the courier and 5 days later I then recieved a replacement (correct) wheel and tyre after chasing twice! The dealer then advised me that the cost of recovering the incorrect 16" was not cost effective and so I now need to dispose of it. Not impressed with the system of service.”

“The vendor took the order for the part over the phone and asked for payment by card from my daughter. The quote was for £42 but they charged £60. The part did not arrive the next day as promised and when we called they said it had not been ordered, even though the money had been taken from the bank account. It took a long time to sort out, we eventually did get the part we needed from them but would not use again.”

“There is only one thing worse than second hand car dealers and that is second hand car parts dealers! I ordered a part on the 27th of Feb, I could only pay by PayPal so the payment was taken on the 3rd of March, when the 10th of March came around still no part I rang the company who said it would be delivered on the 11th, that was a lie! I get a email from DHL that it was due to be delivered on the 12th, IT WAS ONLY PICKED UP ON THE 11th when it turned up it was soaking wet like it had been only just been removed from the donor vehicle.”
