I ordered a pair of electric window regulators and only one came. It wasn’t labeled so I wasn’t to know whether it was off or near side. The supplier was supposed to call me back but after a good few days I made contact and was told that they tried calling me, why didn’t they just leave me a message on my answer machine!

The suppliers are very slow to deliver item said 4 working days more like 9 after a number of calls to them

If you say delivery is 2 to 3 days please let it be and I suggest use a tracking system because it costed me extra payment days for storage while waiting for delivery.

got a relpy from a garage through 1st choice that they had my part rang them up ordered and paid over the phone but didnt recieve my item when checking my bank account no money taken, no email no telehone call.

Derby salvage supplied the part but won't take returns, shame I wasn't told before I bought, 1st choice not helped as yet.

1st Choice seemed to be fine, but the company they put me in touch with was a total rip off, and I’m sitting here with half of the parts I paid for which are not complete, and the other half never came, and all’s they do is lie to me about getting my money back, which I know they will not send to me. So no, I’m not happy with that company at all. Their name is Foreign Car Spares, and they should be avoided like the plague, I only wished I would have read the reviews before buying anything from FCS. So I guess your company did what they were supposed to, but you should be more aware of the company’s you promote for your customers is up to standards, and not total cowboys!!

I can not give a negative feedback on the site. The site will not allow me to do this. I returned faulty bulb holder and never received a refund from the supplier. I was forced by them to make the transaction without the secure link. I realized that this was the reason. Faulty bulb holder.

Received the headlamps on time but one of them was broken having been badly repaired. After sending pictures they offered to replace but they wanted broken part returned first. Ended up repairing it myself but gave me unnecessary hassle

Bought a spare wheel cost me £100 only received receipt for £84 scam somewhere .have been trying to get a call back from supplier to rectify receipt no call call back just another email for £84 that is no good for me

Update Our Customer Service team have contacted the breaker on you behalf. This is the reply: 'Yes, I agree you did pay us £100. I've listed back to the call If you recall your quotation was £84 originally and we made it £100 all in after you made us aware of your postcode.' All the best Customer Care - 1st Choice.

Spares were misdelivered by Fedex and signed for by "L Bryan Flat 1" with no further address details. Supplier asked for details of delivery address used, but no response.

Have tried to use 3 times, each time I get results but then when I try and contact the garages they either don't actually have the part or they just dont answer the phone or bother to get back to you. As it stands I've managed to not buy anything through this site despite trying my best.

Initial offer, sale agreed, payment details given but items didn't arrive and seller said they had no tracking number as DHL hadn't scanned them. Next source didn't actually have the parts, but came up on the search every day for a week. Finally bought the 2 items separately (but from same supplier!). Had to settle for the wing being wrong colour so needing respray - extra cost at bodyshop - but price was fair and items arrived promptly and very well wrapped.

There are a lot of breakers on here that would sell their mother if they could . Disappointing service as very few sellers give an accurate description of the part they are trying to sell and if you haven't bought in first days then price increases . Not confident buying on here trying ebay now where ebay can step in and help if there is a problem . Love breakers yards but not where I cannot see what I am buying .

The delivery was fine. The replacement part was easy to fit. Unfortunately, the motor driving door mirror was inoperative.

If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not available on that day. With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day. A week on from full payment and still no cylinder head. Tried repatedly to contact on the phone, both text and voicemail, mobiles not answered, the landline if you hang on long enough got answered. Polite enough but too many excuses.
