“i purchased a car seat from Fords 4 U that was delayed delivery for 3-4 days then when I received goods they were faulty!! Contacted the company and $ weeks on they have still not collected faulty goods and am still awaiting refund!! Comepletely unacceptable, they do actually do nothing they said and I now have to report to Trading Standards as they are just not answering texts, phone calls etc!! Approach this company with caution!!!”

“I have been using 1st choice for over 15 years but last time I bought 2 driveshafts from a scrap yard called A&C Auto salvage and it was a nightmare they lied to me for for almost 3 weeks I had to call over 10 times and every time I was hearing different stories even when I asked them for a refund when I told them if you can’t send the item then I should be entitled to a refund but instead they told me to go back where you come from and I have all of those recorded as a proof anyway in the end I was really disappointed because the site I have been using for a long time turned out to be full of fake scrap yards and scammers.
1st choice really should look at those who try to sale things on this site.”

“wanted an hand brake button for my electric car recieved a quote for £370 from one place to expencive and then i had another one come through for £100 so i paid for it the supply then told me that they do not have one so asked for my money back it took 2 weeks to get it back steer clear of this company they allow anyone to sell through them”

“Part didnt arrive, checked with supplier and they said they would send antother, again this didnt arrive. By this point are customer was not very happy. In the end they refunded the money. But not helpfull as vehicle remained off the road.”

“The absolute worst service and most stressful experience I've ever had. Parts still haven't turned up despite waiting in for four whole days. Approximately 3 weeks since order was placed. Asked for a refund and 1st Choice reply was, ghe parts are in the post. Now I'm told my refund of £757 will be in my account Friday. I'll wait and see but no confidence in this at all. I'm about to ask my card company to charge back. I have screenshot all messages.”

“i havent even received my part still, and i am getting a email asking for a review
the company haven't communicated well at all, have been told its coming today for a week. first they said the courier damaged my engine i asked for a refund and now they saying the cant get hold of the courier but the engine is on the way.

“I purchased a gearbox from Bradford Auto Breaker Ltd. which was advertised and confirmed as the MVT model. My mechanic has now installed it, but unfortunately it is not the correct model.
The gearbox is not the MVT model as described.
The installation alone cost me £500, and I am concerned that removing the gearbox will incur significant further costs. This situation is very difficult for me, as I bought the gearbox on the understanding that it was the correct MVT model, which Bradford Auto Breaker Ltd have confirmed.”

“I have paid for my gearbox but still haven’t received it from A+C Auto salvage (uk) LTD and been given several dates of delivery and nothing has arrived going to wait 1 more day before contacting my bank to claim payment back for gearbox payment that I paid very disappointing.”

“I cannot fault the 1st Choice platform, but I can fault the suppliers on the platform. Dealing with MGS AUTOMOTIVE LTD was an unpleasant experience. Initially, I was told the part was in the UK, then after challenging this statement, they admitted the part was coming from Spain, but do not be concerned as "we have a fasttrack courier who can get it into the country in 3 days". I agreed and paid for the part. After 2 weeks (10 working days) not hearing from them, I enquired about the delivery of the part, only to be told it has been "stuck in customs". After a further week, I enquired again, only to be told the part arrived damaged and therefore they cannot supply the part and I will be refunded. The only highlight of this experience was that I was refunded, the 1-star review is for the unpleasant experience and the waste of my time and leaving me without a car for 3 weeks due to their incompetence.”

“I was sent the wrong window regulator (£72) by a 1st choice supplier. As my garage could not fit it (after removing the broken part) I have £79 extra cost to put the window back again as I needed the car. Although I got a refund for the 1st choice part, I could not get any compensation from them for the garage cost....”
“I’ve tried to return faulty door had no help ! It Will cost more to return or same as the door price! I was told it was in mint condition but it’s very rusty and cost a lot of money !”
