Service was good but my wing mirror cover was painted the totally wrong grey I am so upset I gave the registration number and the vin I would like another one at no cost please advise.....

Well I purchased a washer bottle for my car. The item hasn’t turned up I’ve tried contacting 1st choice for help. But what a surprise they are not interested in helping me.

All I can give is one star because there is no option for 0 star. I have purchased a car front door from Derby Auto Salvage Ltd. They assured me by a WhatsApp voice message, no damage, no scratches and no dents which is not true. I have received it with one damage and many chips and dents. I found this trader is not trust worthy. I am disappointed and not happy with this purchase, so take care when you have a deal with them.

Company sent me what seemed like a good quote. Asked for pictures to check that it was for the correct side of the car. Got pictures. Confirmed purchase based on this. Got a call to say the part was for the other side of the car and I needed to pay 30% more. Almost approved this additional cost but was told as the last minute it was damaged. Requested a refund 14 days ago and still not received it. Contacting my credit card company for an indemnity claim. Really dodgy dealing.

I ordered a bumper on the 6th and paid in full after being told it would be dispatched on the 9th and delivered on the 11th. After contacting the number provided, I was informed it had not been dispatched and was told to contact 1st Choice instead, which was unhelpful. I was also promised a tracking number that never arrived. The price was later increased from the original quote without proper explanation. Poor communication and delays have made this a very disappointing experience.

Here's a review you could use: --- **Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I ordered a part 10 days ago and am still waiting for it to arrive. The service has been really disappointing. Communication has been lacking, and I expected a faster turnaround. I won't be ordering again unless this issue gets resolved.

I ordered an engine from this company after being told it would be delivered the next day. Four working days later, I had received nothing — no delivery, no update, and I was unable to get through to any phone number despite repeated attempts. After chasing, someone eventually replied to say delivery was actually 3–5 working days. By this point it was already day four, and I was then promised it would be dispatched the following day at the latest. Another three days passed with no communication whatsoever. When I finally got through to a woman on the phone, she promised to call me the next day to confirm delivery. That call never came. Two days later I rang again and spoke to a man who informed me she doesn’t even work that day. He then said there was an engine waiting to be dispatched and it could be mine, and again promised a call the next day. No call. I rang yet again and was then told that the engine was not mine after all, and that my engine had an oil fault and would now take a further two weeks to send. At this point I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded — and unsurprisingly, I am still waiting for that refund. This entire experience has been incredibly costly. My work van has been off the road, forcing me to hire a replacement, and my garage rearranged work while waiting for an engine that never arrived. The lack of communication, conflicting information, broken promises and failure to refund is completely unacceptable. Avoid this company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The two suppliers I used cut the plugs of and sent unusable wiring when asked why and wanted a refund I got no reply waste of money
