Seemed good at first but after spending time on the phone to make sure I ordered the correct part, sadly, the wrong part arrived 1 day late. Wbe I rang to arrange swap or refund I was told I'd have to post it to them and the chap on phone was rude (garage in Oldham) I cancelled my payment in the end and the part is ready to be collected, can't recommend based on my one experience but ii think it is a failure in the garage tbf.

DO NO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY I PAID £42 FOR A APART THEY PHONED ME TO SAY IT WAS BROKEN, I THEN TOLD THEM ON THE PHONE TO STOP LOOKING AND I BOUGHT THE PART I NEEDED FROM GERMANY SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND AS THEY PROMISED IF THEY DID NOT PROVIDE THE PART THEY WOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I HAVE PHONED AND PHONED AND I AM SICK OF EMAILING AND GETTING NO ANSWERS NO RETUN CALLS SO I PHONED CAPITAL ONE. THEN IT GOT WORSE, I HAVE FILLED IN FORMS 5 TIMES FOR CAPITAL ONE AND AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF SENDING ANOTHER FORM BACK THAT ARRIVED FROM THEM TO GET MY £42 BACK. DO NOT DEAL.

Bought a gearbox from T p x Japanese parts and I fitted it and it was faulty so I removed it and contacted them and a week later they still have not contacted me to return. I’ve called them 3 times but keep getting promised and yet nothing.

Paid for a gearbox for a Kia Sportage 2017 and was told it was an overseas shipment and would obviously take longer than normal 5-7 days delivery and it will be approx 10-15 days. I received an email saying it was due to be delivered on 19th June and did not arrive. The tracking details were very slow with very little detail and when it did arrive on the 4th July the tracking did not let me know. Today 7th July the repair garage phoned me to say they had sent a 2019 hydraulic gearbox which is a totally incompatible gearbox for my vehicle even though checks were made for my make, model, and year and confirmed to be a correct replacement. I now have to go through the process of a refund and return the gearbox aswell as trying to source another while my vehicle remains at the garage and I have had the expense of a hire a vehicle during this time. Last but not least the packaging was damaged in transit and and had to be repackaged adding further delay to delivery. One star given as there is no option for zero stars

Part was not the one I ordered. I was sent a photo of a genuine Citroen part but I was sent a poorly made aftermarket part that I could have bought on eBay for less than £10. But I was still charged £40 which I would have been happy to pay for the genuine part. I felt ripped off and my customer had to put up with a cheap, inferior part. Delivery took well over a week which is rubbish.

20623006 Ordered more then week ago. Prestige said will delivered next day or 2. They after week said first one was not look good. After that they said looking another one now saying they refund payment because they don't have one. Very poor communication

Ordered fuel pump from Hancock Salvage via 1stChoice. Waited a week and sender claimed he had sent it but would send another. One week later received part. Had fitted and both the sender and the pump were faulty. Avoid. Cost me money and time and dissapointed. Have purchased a brand new part now instead for not too much more which is what i should have done in the first place.

I ordered a used gearbox for my driving school car. I placed the order after finding MGS Automotive via the 1st Choice Spares website. I was informed that estimated delivery was 5-7 days - “but most deliveries are completed within 3 days”. After 14 days and having to make numerous phone calls and emails the gearbox still hadn’t arrived. They claimed that they were having problems with their courier service. I received a terse email from their sales manager, correcting me for mistakenly stating that I’d ordered a reconditioned gearbox instead of used, but he failed to apologise for the delay in delivery. I finally gave up waiting for the gearbox to arrive after 14 days and asked for a refund, which was paid into my account in 24 hours. I now have to order another gearbox from another supplier. My car is still in the garage and I have been having to pay for a hire car to keep working. I would avoid using this company if you’re hoping for a quick turnaround. Seriously bad service!

Sold a faulty gearbox with warranty of 4 month now blaming the mechanic who fitted it never ring you back when they say they will now taking it to small claims court

Still awaiting refund of £275 for part not supplied several weeks on. Just given runaround from breaker involved and 1st choice spares . Absolutely disgusting customer service. Avoid at all costs . Paid using their unipass secure payment in the hope money could be recovered but no . Complete scam .Robert Mitchell

I order a part on the 5th of May, made a payment and have not teceived it. It said l would get it within 2 o3 working days. I have contact by phone and email to request a tracking number and later on to get a refund. No update or resolution
