“The mirror I was sent was defective, with internal wiring broken and the mirror glass not fitting correctly however, without quibble D A Parts sourced me another mirror in considerably better condition, which arrived about a week later.
After an initial glitch I am pretty satisfied with their service, and I have to say their customer service and communication is excellent 👍”
“Excellent service, prompt response to search and took great effort to ensure I was aware of slight damage to the part (front wing) and that it was correct for my car. Arrived promptly and in my opinion good value for money. Sadly courier FEDEX had not been as careful as they should have been and the wing arrived with a large additional dent, not a major issue as I was able to knock it out and with a smear of filler all was good.”

My only issue has been with the 3rd party I found through 1st Choice - maybe it would be worth checking that partner companies are genuine & trustworthy. Customers will always associate the agent with a poor experience, even though they don't deal with you directly.”

“1st Choice is a gateway to finding Spare parts and this doesn't reflect on them but from the breaker yards around the U.K.
Sadly certain breakers seem to think we're totally desperate and think we'll pay their grossly over priced parts. When brand new parts aren't priced at their prices. OEM Part 1/3rd the price quoted plus p&p. But some breakers do give you very good pricing so not 1st Choice's fault but can reflect on them. Anyway 1 part out of 4, I was looking for via 1st Choice was at a great price and was delivered promptly by the breaker. Thanƙyou”

“First offers were ridiculously high priced, but after a few days I got more reasonable offers. The one I chose was friendly, easy to contact and prompt with delivery. I took a star off because the web site offered payment by visa but wouldn't accept it, trying to get me to use klarna or paypal. Fortunately the vendor accepted visa over the phone.”
“Very good experience. They sent me an offer pretty quickly. I did not respond for a week while thinking of what to do. They did not spam me about it, just sent 1 or 2 emails asking whether everything is good with the offer.
The subcontractors were very nice, responsive and did the job as expected.
The delivery was very annoying. I am not sure how the delivery company got a different number of the same street, and they did not deliver it to me, so I had to drive 20 miles to their storage place to pick it up on my own since I had to take the part and the car the next morning.
Please make sure the delivery is up to the expected level.
