“1st Choice were very good in using their network to get me quotes for a part for my car. The follow-up communication was Excellent
However when I accepted a quote from one of there network the part I paid for was not delivered and my calls were not returned. I am still waiting for a refund”

“Dealt with professionally.Chose aws did not reply .Alison Taylor from 1st choice got them to confirm quickly.Will stay with your 4&5** suppliers in future as some of the others did not reply back.
For future reference- it would help if the suppliers WHICH COLOUR of the the external parts they have.
I eventually opted for a red wing mirror which my garage will colour code with my SILVER car.
The part is in very good condition.Hope it works.Godd to have a 3 months guarantee.
Will use you again in future as I also have an old Toyota Celica.

“I was looking for a replacement part and received 2 quotes one of which was on the high side of reasonable the other was almost double the first and looked as though they'd just thought of a number. So a bit of a curates egg some good stuff but also some bad.”
