“14 days after payment I still have not received my part. Initial contact was good, price was good but subsequent to paying, communication has been terrible with me having to chase multiple times to find out what's happening. From what I can see the part was not shipped until 7 days after I paid and now according to DHL it is lost in a warehouse. Currently I don't know if the part will ever appear. If it does not arrive tomorrow I will be trying to recover my money and find an alternative supplier. In summary I'm very frustrated and disappointed.”

“A bit slow to deliver,but it did come. It wasn't a 100 percent.the gearbox sprocket measured on mine is 20mm and yours is 23mm,so I had to buy swap the new clutch I purchased for a 23 mm one”

“The gearbox had two of the mounting bolts snapped off in the bell housing, a pig of a job drilling them out. The unit was the most expensive of the 3 that I was offered and I chose it because it had a 6 month warrenty. They told me the gearbox had had a minor refurb, bearings etc, but surely if they were doing that they would have noticed the two brocken off bolts.”

I would use again now as service on contacting the company second time was dealt with efficiently.”
