“Company sent me what seemed like a good quote. Asked for pictures to check that it was for the correct side of the car. Got pictures. Confirmed purchase based on this. Got a call to say the part was for the other side of the car and I needed to pay 30% more. Almost approved this additional cost but was told as the last minute it was damaged. Requested a refund 14 days ago and still not received it. Contacting my credit card company for an indemnity claim. Really dodgy dealing.”
