“All was going swimmingly, when I found the seatbelts I needed for my car, payed what they asked for. Then when I hadn’t heard from them after about a week I called them and they said that the parts were were priced wrongly and I would have to pay double.if I still wanted them Still waiting for my refund”

“They are excellent in generating a supply of used parts to consider. The first occasion worked well. The latest was a disappoitment. I was told by the supplier Automotive Parts NW ltd that the door shell was undamaged and in particular did not need painting. When it was unpacked it had deep scratches that would not buff out. The conclusion the unpacker came to was that it has been packed poorly and was probably dmaged in transit. Automotive parts would not respond to my request for some credit against the full price I had paid for an undamaged part. It left a nasty taste in my mouth.”

“I use to use this site a lot but recently even though I give part numbers and photos they take money from my card and then tell me it’s the wrong part or damaged on removal. It then delays me days and takes upto 7 days to get a refund, that’s when the breaker remembers to do the refund causing me to keep checking if received the refund. I also get the yards listed on the site calling me and asking me to pay by bank transfer which you as a site recommend I don’t do. I will
Be closing my account after 15 years as the site is not reliable and has lost my trust as a company.”

“I was supplied with an engine which was not fit for purpose yet I was informed that the engine i wad buying was tested and in good condition. The engine had overheat and the oil filter was burnt . We went ahead and fit the engine to the car , changed the filters but was boiling, returning the water and making noise. The company has not replaced the engine nor refund my money. They wanted me to send the engine to them which I declined and after a prolonged discussion they agreed to send a courior to pick the engine. They collected the engine from my premises on 14. 07.26”

It also depends on whether the parts are available and those in short supply, can sometimes come with a premium, especially so for a 16 year old vehicle.
We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later.
