“Delivery was not shipped as initially promised, was told it was shipped by a carrier on Wednesday and promised a tracking number which never arrived. After multiple calls I finally got the tracking numbers and was with a different carrier and only shipped Thursday evening not 24 hours before as told on phone. But that aside the part was spot on.”

“I needed quite an obscure part for my car - a couple of quotes arrived the same afternoon. I accepted one and paid extra for next day delivery - the correct part arrived a couple of days later (which is fine, I wasn't expecting same day dispatch). It saved me having my car off the road for a month - which was the quickest anyone could supply a new part.”
“My experience with the engine supplier following my parts search has been disappointing. The dispatch date has been postponed repeatedly, and despite phone calls and emails, I have not received the clear written update I requested.
I understand that 1st Choice Spares provides a parts location service and may not be the seller itself. However, I would appreciate your assistance in contacting the supplier and obtaining a confirmed dispatch date. This delay is causing considerable inconvenience, as I depend on my car.
