“Ordered some calipers for an Astra GTC. Unfortunately, they were not fit for purpose. I contacted the dealer directly and he gave a prompt refund. Will use 1st Choice again. Hopefully will have better luck with the spares.”
“The parts company that sent my part were great.
1st choice less so! All good until I wanted to pay. Their IT was broken 🤷♂️ it took numerous attempts to get the page to move to the payment page.
I am quite computer savvy, tried 2 different browsers, plus an android phone.
Of course, no one to talk to, no webchat, and email came back the next day saying "sorry, we will have a look" by which time I had managed hours later.
Great idea, v poor IT system.”
“I ordered & paid for a part over two weeks ago, after a wait I attempted to contact the supplier who hasnt responded. To this day I have not recieved the part I paid promptly for, with no viable way of recovering my money. AVOID at all costs”

“On this site I ordered twice paid for the items then I was told they didn’t have it in stock or it was broken. So why would you advertise something that you don’t have and then going through the whole refund it’s just causing the inconvenience”

“Avoid at all costs , they took my money for a part and then said that they didn’t have it and that I would get a refund. After several weeks of promising a refund It never arrived and their phones went dead when I tried chasing it up.”
