“Everything started well. Quick response and a trusted agent thankfully had the part. They phoned me, I checked the part number, they indicated delivery within 4 days, so I paid the price [£345] and requested tracking information. Then silence. I made several written requests to know delivery details - no response. The 4 days came and went. Only when I contacted 1st Choice by email did I get a response. They came back to me and said delivery should be with the following 2 days. Part arrived on the 2nd day. So over a week instead of the indicated 4 days. All I wanted to know was the delivery time, not a big ask, and the lack of it made an otherwise good experience stressful. You become concerned that you may have been scammed. 2 stars would have been 5 with a message or phone call.”

“Ordered a part for my Volvo from 1st choice, giving them the Volvo part number.. Very slow in getting back to me and also confirming to me that the part that they souced was indeed the part I required. I telephoned twice to ask for confirmation and on the last call they said it was on the way. The final message said 'lost in transit'. Very disappointing”
