“This was excellent service. Within moments of putting my request on the site, I had 10 quotes by email, and decided I didn't need any more so I clicked on 'close this request and don't send any more quotes' (or similar, I can't remember the exact wording). I got no more quotes, so wasn't bothered with unnecessary emails. The quote I took up also gave an excellent service, so the combination of a great website and good leads means I will definitely use this service again.”
“1st Choice seemed to be fine, but the company they put me in touch with was a total rip off, and I’m sitting here with half of the parts I paid for which are not complete, and the other half never came, and all’s they do is lie to me about getting my money back, which I know they will not send to me. So no, I’m not happy with that company at all. Their name is Foreign Car Spares, and they should be avoided like the plague, I only wished I would have read the reviews before buying anything from FCS. So I guess your company did what they were supposed to, but you should be more aware of the company’s you promote for your customers is up to standards, and not total cowboys!!”

“The most appalling / expensive group of scrap yard breakers I have ever heard of. They cost more than brand new parts from dealerships. I needed a coil spring which costs £207 from the dealerships. There's beakers asked for over £300 with 1 month warranty. I found it disappointing and disgusting of them .”

Saving money is our top priority however smaller items, after adding delivery costs, can sometimes make the price seem higher.
It also depends on whether the parts are available and those in short supply, can sometimes come with a premium.
We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later.
With over 150 Breakers nationwide processing hundreds of vehicles every day, it’s possible you’ll get a better price if you’d like to try again.

“The initial structure is good, for sources parts it works so well, the downfall is all the hidden reviews, such as a certain 2 star company, with only a hand full of 5 star reviews listed, no lower reviews, and no way of seeing them all, so you can't get a true feel of what the company is like, let alone letting a company so poor still sell through the platform.
After being tricked by said company, there's no way of raising issues through 1st choice, or at all, with no means of a resolution.
From what I saw on Google's reviews, this scam company, that operates under another name, has scammed a lot more people out of a lot more money than myself, but being scammed out of £70 still wasn't fun.
I feel if 1st choice had a better system for assisting in sales and after sales, it could be an amazing site, but the fact they hide reviews, let poor sellers operate, and have no after sales, says a lot about how they operate themselves.
Won't be using again, don't recommend anyone else take the risk.”

“From my experience, this is a company that provide a framework for rogue breakers to provide faulty parts, wrong parts and not even send the parts. I have been waiting since Dec for parts promised within days from the same vehicle. Money taken (with good service) on day 1 and 33% of parts provided OK, 33% wrong and 33% not provided. The breaker (AAH) then avoid answering calls, whatsapp messages and emails and refuse to pay compensation. 1st choice customer service is just to forward messages and take no part in resolving the issue with the rogue trader. Invoice not provided with breakdown to enable claim through credit card company, this is their modus operandi, not an accident. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Research yourself (e.g. ebay) and avoid AAH (also 'trading' as Krazy Parts and one other from the same address).”
“The transaction to get the spare part we needed was easy. The problem was with the courier.
The package was left at a nearby house, signed for by "Michael". Odd, as that house has been empty for weeks. The package was left on the front doorstep of the house for 24 hours on a busy road. Luckily it was still there when 1st choice directed me to the nearby address. Courier obviously couldn't be bothered to locate the proper address and abandoned the parcel on a doorstep. I wonder who Michael is ???”
