“Not happy atal was sent wrong part which was for MOT he said it was 2015 proof of part he sent 2013 so car stuck in a garage tried ringing no reply I now have to buy one from eBay and I want my refund please I will be ringing until I receive it did speak to him on the day garage tried to fit after that no response.”

“1st Choice spares found a part with Specislist Auto services. I then paid for the part & delivery in full. I waited several days with no acknowledgement of receipt of funds or delivery of part. I called & emailed S.A.S with no response for a week. 1st Choice Spares told me to contact PayPal to rectify the issue. Please be aware that 1st Choice Spares offer no help in disputes.”

“I had been waiting for a door lock on back order for 6 months with no progress. I found 1st choice on the internet and put my request on there. Within a day I had two ‘ offers ‘ with the right door lock and purchased it that day.
Very good website I would recommend them.”
“I got the part i needed at a reasonable price. The sellers, prestige parts, were very good and called me after i sent a message. The offer i accepted was not the first offer i got as that was far too expensive. A good tip is to wait for a few offers.”

Some companies advertise inaccurate price though, ie without accurate delivery costs, however this isnt down to 1st choice.”
