“1st choice seems ok but their retailer ‘ScottYard’ is awful. Do not buy anything from ‘ScottYard’ ever.
They purposefully supplied the wrong part, despite me having double checked the part number with them in advance. They then took ages to send a returns label and even longer to make the refund once the part had been returned. Terrible service.”

“I ordered a ECU for my wife's car. The part was incorrect with a minor difference, so easy mistake to make. I called the supplier and he immediately send me the correct one, even without the proof I had sent the incorrect unit back. It arrived by express delivery the following day. I am very impressed and highly recommend this company based on my experience.”

“Very knowledgeable, were able to answer my questions about the gear box, when I mentioned i was looking at one that might have been better value straight away asked what would secure my business and were able to agree to it. when I wasn't able to make payment at the tme (I was in a waiting room) they were happy to wait till i got home.
Part was deleivered in two days to the garage doing the repair.
Very polite on phone, never talked down to me when they heard a woman on the other end -which some places still do, sadly - would totally use again and reccommend.”
“Ordered and paid for a 307 seat belt expecting it to arrive in a couple of days. 1 week later and I still haven't had it and I contact the garage to be told I cant just expect them to send it and that I have to phone them. Now this is a new one on me. They don't even pist it that day I have to wait fir them to post it the following Monday afternoon. When I get it its as rusty as he'll. I just cannot believe anyone would think it's fair to send this out to a customer to use on a car. The buckle is really really rusty. Im not sure it will even pass its MOT until later today”
