“clunky, unpolished site to use. Whilst to be fare it did its job of finding the part ii required, it was diffiicult to see iif the part was correct, if the suppiler had sent the part, and there was no premiise to easily see a chat thread. So there is a lot of guesswork.”
“Purchased an engine through your site. Engine was no good and had to scrap the car after spending £1300 on labour. Got a partial refund for the engine but I’m still heavily out of pocket.”

“My complaint is not directly about 1st choice but about the people who made mistakes in the item I wanted.I specifieed black as the required colour and then bought and paid for one. Hours later I cancelled the because I was told the item they had was blue.Though the money was promply repaid it cost time in enabling the repair to take place. A similar mistake, but not this time colour, took place when I Purchsed from another dealer who used your service to contact.me. A total time loss of 4 to six days as a weekend was involved”
