1st Choice Spares offers a service to try and find a spare part for your motor vehicle. The process is very simple and quick. I have used them many times. We placed a request for an A/C compressor. We selected one from a list if offers. We phoned the garage to ask a simple question which was very helpful. Part arrived well packaged and on time. And it's from here things started going wrong... The part delivered did not look like it was going to fit. We raised a question that the part delivered might not fit, even though we gave over car details/registration. The garage assured us it would fit. We then went ahead removing old compressor. They did not look the same. We raised a complaint to 1st Choice Spares who must have forwarded our complaint to be told again that it will fit. We replied with pictures and video and asked for a full refund along with postage. The garage agreed. We sent the item back using Royal Mail 'Signed For' which arrived on the Monday. By Wednesday, I hadn't heard anything so I sent a message to 1st Choice. Nothing. So on the Friday I raised yet another complaint. The garage then wanted to know who signed for it, so I replied with yet more photos. That day I got confirmation from PayPal that the refund was received...but without postage. This was not a good transaction. I have used 1st Choice many times without any issues. But when there is an issue...1st Choice let me down. They offered no mediation or advise to me. Oh, and of course, we are now £10 short because of the garage's mistake. I shall longer be using 1st Choice (or the garage).

I was really please at how quick I got responces for the part on my car. The dealer delvered the part quickly, however i was disappointed to find the item had not been packaged correctly and arrived broken, wrapoed in a flimsy piece of cardboard and a bin bag, only to have the postage (£20) deducted from the refund by the dealer, which was very unfair as this was there fault and shoukd not have been my loss.

I'm not happy as I'm sure I've been ripped of I paid for my spares on the 1st of June and still it hasn't come I've phoned the place and they assured me they had posted it but nothing yet,

!st choice is ok but you might want to check some of yor suppliers, we have been messed around twice by Scott yard, we purchased a door twice and never recieved it.

I was using more than 5 years but never have a problem but very Crook Company called Foreign spareparts sold me defective product and they are damage your image. Please contact and ask when are refunding our money back

Got the spare part fitted fine was charged £150 by your company the part came from a scrapyard in Stoke and inside was an invoice for £90 so a 66% mark up just for finding the part seems very steep to me.

At this moment in time, while the service you provide as intermediaries is acceptable I cannot provide a better review because I am still waiting for the part I have paid for. Perhaps you can chase things up as I've contacted the supplier a couple of times but I'm still waiting.

Item arrived bent, packaged poorly. However luckily, the part i needed from the assembly was ok, so didnt bother a fuss.

clunky, unpolished site to use. Whilst to be fare it did its job of finding the part ii required, it was diffiicult to see iif the part was correct, if the suppiler had sent the part, and there was no premiise to easily see a chat thread. So there is a lot of guesswork.

My complaint is not directly about 1st choice but about the people who made mistakes in the item I wanted.I specifieed black as the required colour and then bought and paid for one. Hours later I cancelled the because I was told the item they had was blue.Though the money was promply repaid it cost time in enabling the repair to take place. A similar mistake, but not this time colour, took place when I Purchsed from another dealer who used your service to contact.me. A total time loss of 4 to six days as a weekend was involved

Only 2 of the 7 plastic inside mounts were intact the rest were broken off, going to have to make some form of mount before being able to use the part. Not much point in supplying a part if you can't be fitted.

After I received the wrong side wing mirror, and rang to complain, the right part was delivered the next day with apologies, however was a bit miffed when told they trust me to return the wrong item and I paid for postage.
