“Very poor ordered the part paid for it £145 told it was being sent out Monday did arrive by Wednesday phoned up said it would definitely be with us by Thursday on Friday phoned to be told been refunded because part wasn’t up to standard then got a email saying didn’t have one absolute waste of time.”

“Speedy response with providers and prices.
I used Oldham Breakers Ltd as they provided a new cooling fan motor.
They called to provide me with the details and explained I could purchase the motor only and it could be fitted within the existing housing unit. Their part was the cheapest of all the quotes.
I had been searching for the whole part, which was not stocked anywhere, even tge main dealership.
Really helpful staff and I have had my car repaired at the third of the price.”
“Had to order a new seat belt for my taxi as constant use had worn it out, 1st choice were very helpful and made it easy to order
And replacment belt was delivered within a few days.

“Utterly useless avoid like the plague. I ordered the part, it did not arrove. I called the supplier AAH Auto Solutions, B11 2JP. Equality useless just gave me the run around. I hope all their suppliers are not scam outfits. I will be getting my money back via a section 75.”

“Ordered some calipers for an Astra GTC. Unfortunately, they were not fit for purpose. I contacted the dealer directly and he gave a prompt refund. Will use 1st Choice again. Hopefully will have better luck with the spares.”
“The parts company that sent my part were great.
1st choice less so! All good until I wanted to pay. Their IT was broken 🤷♂️ it took numerous attempts to get the page to move to the payment page.
I am quite computer savvy, tried 2 different browsers, plus an android phone.
Of course, no one to talk to, no webchat, and email came back the next day saying "sorry, we will have a look" by which time I had managed hours later.
Great idea, v poor IT system.”
“I ordered & paid for a part over two weeks ago, after a wait I attempted to contact the supplier who hasnt responded. To this day I have not recieved the part I paid promptly for, with no viable way of recovering my money. AVOID at all costs”
