“I have a very bad experience with the person who bought the light from , the told me they had the part when clearly did , took my money quick enough , kept me waiting and then sent my light which is not for my vehicle . I am not a happy man .”

Q: What happens if a part supplied is faulty?
A: Simply contact the supplying member direct to inform them your part is faulty. The member will usually ask you to return the faulty part and either dispatch a replacement or if they do not have one available, they will arrange for an immediate refund.

“1st choice spares were very prompt and impressive in finding a dealer that had the part I requested. I requested a front seat for my Suzuki van and was impressed how quick it came to Guernsey. I was disappointed however on opening the package as I expected a second hand seat consistent with the Suzuki models of that time and whilst I accepted that the dealer could not guarantee the colour I didn’t expect the seat to be a repair job. The part of the seat that you sit on had a leather section sewn in to the right side of the seat with the middle and left side of the seat in the original cloth which made it look so obvious that a repair had been done and unfortunately therefore looks rather odd/peculiar compared to the rest of the seat and the passenger seat beside it. Sadly this experience has put me off somewhat from ordering without seeing in future.”
“The replies were very quick, the costs were all reasonable. I went for the middle quote as the delivery was quicker and it was my daughters car and required it repaired urgently. One supplier rung to apologise as the internet was down and her quote slow to follow up for this reason. Excellent service. Thanks.”
“I was looking for a door on behalf of my girlfriend. Two were found but the one chosen was apparently in poor condition. In the end we decided to let the body shop choose a door for us, probably through 1st choice. I was quite satisfied with the way that the company kept me informed.”
“My experience has not been good so far. Out of two orders I placed one was broken and the other not right for my car. Also, the message system stinks. One supplier complained my messages disappeared before he could read them. The field to send message will take a lot of description... but only the first 100 words are visible to the supplier, making communication VERY confusing.”
