“I bought a spare part from “Sparesmonkey” and payed £40 which I thought was a reasonable price. However, on receiving the part it had a damaged bracket on it. I contacted Jake on the phone and after explaining the problem we agreed that I would buy some glue and repair it myself, and he would refund me £10. I have not received the payment even after I emailed him with my mobile number.
