“The car part I ordered arrived on time ( message sent to me to let me know the delivery day) signed for and in excellent condition. The only flaw, if this could be classed as one, is the company I bought it from asked that if I wanted it sent to my local garage I would have to pay the person to their account rather than the company account which I chose not to do. I then had to take it to the garage myself, thankfully it wasnt a large part but otherwise happy with the service provided.”
“I tried to order a part. The first company took payment and then after a few days I contacted them to find out that the part was 'damaged' and no longer available. I then went to another company who took payment for the part. The part never arrived and despite contacting them several times. I gave up eventually and have only just received a refund having had to raise a payment dispute with Paypal. There did not appear to be any way of speaking to anyone at 1st Choice Spares to see if they could help me at all to try and resolve the issue.”

“Misleading customers, i had 4 quotes from FIRST MERX PARTS LTD for a product and when called the supplier they tried to charge me £300.00 more then what they were advertising the product.”

Saving money is our top priority however smaller items, after adding delivery costs, can sometimes make the price seem higher.
It also depends on whether the parts are available and those in short supply, can sometimes come with a premium.
We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later.
