“Wanted to purchase a rear bumper bar for a ford ranger 2003 rang to confirm that it would fit my ranger & that it would bolt straight onto the chassis was told yes it would so I placed the order. On receipt of the order the bumper came but with no fixing brackets made a phone call to sort this out only to be told nicely to get stuffed and I would have to get them on e-bay (BE AWARE PRIOR TO ORDERING ANYTHING)”

There was no communication as to receipt of funds orvdespatch of item - when it arrived it was totally the wrong part just a common seat belt receiver whereas my car requires a special one with an electrical sensor to plug in to - so was completely useless - what a waste of time!”

Q: What happens if a part supplied is faulty?
A: Simply contact the supplying member direct to inform them your part is faulty. The member will usually ask you to return the faulty part and either dispatch a replacement or if they do not have one available, they will arrange for an immediate refund.
