“Ordering was simple and the quote came through very promptly. All and any communication was quickly replied to and I was kept abreast. I had an issue with the courier holding my parcel for a week and not telling 1st Choice, and i had ordered well in advance of requirement so I didn't initially chase. That said, they kept me well in the loop and once the courier got back to them it all got resolved in plenty of time.

“1st Choice spares located an unusual (and expensive) part for my 2020 Renault Kadjar. Even though it was Easter weekend I still received it yesterday morning and the clos INCLUDING carriage £13.

The nature of recycled spares is that they are not always available.
If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not available on that day.
With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day.
So if you have not found the parts you need, you can log back into the site and re-send your request automatically.

“Purchased shock Absorber and spring for a Mercedes Benz. Prestige All Parts called me 8am in the morning to tell me they had tge part then harrased me another 5 times until I broyht the part with calls left ring and centre. So I brought the part on Monday morning at 9am. All paid for they promised it would we with me in 2 working days. 5 working days later its still jot arrived. Their courier APC who I've never head of tried to deliver to someone's house when the part was clearly going to a garage. With clear delivery instructions. 1st Choice have been great. But Prestige All Parts are terrible to deal with, rude, harassing with all the cold calls, slamming down phones on you. Absolute bellends, shame they are 200 miles away or I woukd have gone up there directly and delt with them face to face. Shows how rude someone can be on the phone. But when you send the Heavys in they are pussys.”

“I bought a full wheel I needed just the alloy but I was sent the wheel as that was only available but then they told me it’s 96 pounds with delivery for a Nissan micra wheel with tyre. As I didn’t have time I said sure but when I received it was bent I am kinda disappointed as the wheel was bent as I was buying one cause the old was bent. 96 pounds for a wheel with bent alloy isn’t right”
