“Not sure it's 1st Choice's fault but the third party company I'm having to deal with who supplied the wrong part are really poor with communication and I'm now worried I've been fleeced out of my money. They were fine and quick to communicate in selling me the part but have been awful in providing details for a return.”

“Good service, its a shame that the bonnet i received had a damaged corner and the bumper grille was missing the badge and a chrome trim ao ot was incomplete, but overall not bad, i would use you again.”
“At this moment in time, while the service you provide as intermediaries is acceptable I cannot provide a better review because I am still waiting for the part I have paid for. Perhaps you can chase things up as I've contacted the supplier a couple of times but I'm still waiting.”

“There is only one thing worse than second hand car dealers and that is second hand car parts dealers! I ordered a part on the 27th of Feb, I could only pay by PayPal so the payment was taken on the 3rd of March, when the 10th of March came around still no part I rang the company who said it would be delivered on the 11th, that was a lie! I get a email from DHL that it was due to be delivered on the 12th, IT WAS ONLY PICKED UP ON THE 11th when it turned up it was soaking wet like it had been only just been removed from the donor vehicle.”
