“Ordering was sufficient but delivery was poor I told the company that I bought it from not to deliver it at the weekends whoever they used tried to deliver it on a Saturday because no one was there it was delivered 3 days later so overall it took over 9 days to deliver I need this ASAP I ordered this on a Monday it cost a lot of money and came 9 days later but I have it now so no problem”

“Ist Choice Spares has an easy-to-use website and provided good progress feedback. I found it very easy to describe the car part I needed, and received a quote very quickly. The 3 stars is linked to the next experience.
Unfortunately, the company who agreed to provide the part (confirming it was in stock and promising fast delivery) did not actually deliver anything. Although I received a full refund quickly via PayPal, I received no explanation or apology from the Manchester-based firm, and was greatly inconvenienced.
This is not the fault of 1st Choice Spares, but it was a disappointing experience.”

“1st choice administration was good. However, on two occasions, for the same parts, RHD drive headlights, arrived broken!!! On the first occasion they were also the wrong headlights!!!!”

“The process of purchasing the parts was straight forward, the delivery was punctual and the parts work well. However when we requested a copy of the Warranty (6 months ) we were told they would not supply a copy a copy and that we would have to go `on-line` and find it. Why is the world obsessed with `on-line`. My grandparents are in their late seventies and `on-line` is not part of their world. We were told it was impossible to provide a paper copy. Not consumer friendly at all.

“Good response to initial enquiry confirming availablility of beige coloured load cover for luggage compartment. A subsequent phone call from Auto Spares Hull advised that the beige cover was NOT available as thought. I requested a refund with email confirmation that the refund had been made. A further three telephone calls before verbal confirmation a refund had been made with the promise of an email confirmation, I'm still waiting ten days later.
Despite my unsatisfactory experience I would consider using 1st Choice Spares if they had the correct part at a competetive price.”

“1st Choice itself is ok but the real question is how good are the companies that work with 1st Choice. I had a very had experience with The Scrapper Co in Bolton. They sent parts that did not fit my vehicle & it took me 13 weeks & 5 phone calls to get my money back. Not good!”

“The service I received was very good. The part was exactly as described and arrived quickly and very well packaged. I would have given four stars or even five but they never answered two emails I sent requesting another invoice to prove to the driver that hit my car I had spent the money.”
