“Hi,
The price was fine but I had to ring as the part did not arrive on time, when it did it was in very good condistion, so it was agreed that I would get a £10 refund for the late delivery but to date I have not recived it.

“I still haven’t received the part. The first delivery window passed so I called them. They said must be lost in transit they will send another. I’ve had to call four times so far they don’t contact me. Delivery promised for yesterday Friday or Monday latest. Today is Saturday so will have to see what happens”

“Your system was hacked and a guy pretending to be from NorthWestCar Spares sent a text with all the details for the part I wanted, and asked for payment over the phone which stupidly I gave as he had all the details of my car so assumed genuine.
He then took £700 out of my account and tried to take a further £900 out after I had frozen my card.
This guy can only have got the details through your site so maybe you need to review your security
The 2nd company I then contacted sent a secure link but after 4 days and much chasing I heard nothing
Eventually they told me the part they had was faulty so sourced another part which was wrong when it arrived
Finally I sourced the part myself but still need the refund for the wrong part and have to pay courier which I am not sure I will get refunded
Not the best service I have received”

“Audio unit from scotty yard sales arrived with scuffs and scrapes on the fascia from their removal of it from a car a depot .
It is working and has been fitted by nissan swansea I have asked for a reduction in price because of this they have refused I paid £ 295 for it very disappointing”

If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not available on that day.
With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day.
So if you have not found the parts you need, you can log back into the site and re-send your request automatically.

“Tried to order a replacement lock for my Drivers side door. spoke to Orange who were very helpful. Unfortunately they advised replacement lock wasn't working and had to cancel order. Have now solved issue by using Wd40.”
“perhaps take note of what the suppliers you work with operate and conduct business to ensure there is a vetting process of only dealing with reputable ones. Maybe on the feedback form below also change the answers to how quickly the company replied as there is a lot of difference in 6-12 hours and the next option being over a week.”
