“The service I received was very good. The part was exactly as described and arrived quickly and very well packaged. I would have given four stars or even five but they never answered two emails I sent requesting another invoice to prove to the driver that hit my car I had spent the money.”

“Not so pleased with 1stChoice this year compared to last year. I am not getting any or very few responses to my adverts compared 2 previous years. Also when inputting info to website often it responds too kwik and I end up with rubbish advert !!”

“Get plenty of offers but when you call it seems they offer without reading the description.
I asked for a black bumper good enough to be put on the car without painting.

“they where ok but the thing i did not like they gave me a price on line when the had all my details about car and where i lived .yet when i phoned to order the part they added another £10 for delivery and more vat .when they new my address to begin with and they just said its up to you if you want part or not in a bad attitude .just that i could not get part anywhere else i took it.”

fit so was refunded. But sellers description should have been more specific.

“yes that service is very good in terms of if you're looking for a car part you go to the website you put your details still in medically people start texting you with the parts they have for you but the only problem is no all the parts turn up good so if there is a problem is very hard to sort it out between the customer and the supplier and first choice not doing nothing about it not happy about that”

“I have searched for a spare part for my car twice using this site. On both occasions, I specified exactly what I was looking for. Whilst 1st Choice returned quotes, none of the salvage yards bothered to read what I had entered. The second one I tried to purchase off told me that the part was the correct colour; I paid for it, only to be told that it was the required colour after all.
So, yes 1st choice return quotes for you, but expect to have to do further clarification with the salvage yard and even then expect to be told they don't have a suitable part.
Would I use them again? It would depend on what I was looking for.”
“Received a quote from one of 1st Choice's partners quickly. Took a couple of days to contact them due to Bank Holiday weekend payment made 27/06/2020 delivery anticipated 29/06/2020. Payment processed 02/06/2020, so slightly concerned that partner may have been slow to process order. No sign of delivery by Monday 1st June. Contacted seller informed problem with Courier promised 2nd/3rd June still no sign by the 4th seller contacted again on Friday 5th promised to chase up courier which I am guessing they did although when seller contacted on Saturday they had been unable to contact courier (TNT) office other than by e-mail item finally delivered Saturday pm and was as described. So happy with the part but delay in delivery was disappointing.
Previous 1st Choice feedback forms rather limited in options and could do with options ie seller contacted, order placed, awaiting delivery. Still I got the part which was the main thing..”
