The process of purchasing the parts was straight forward, the delivery was punctual and the parts work well. However when we requested a copy of the Warranty (6 months ) we were told they would not supply a copy a copy and that we would have to go `on-line` and find it. Why is the world obsessed with `on-line`. My grandparents are in their late seventies and `on-line` is not part of their world. We were told it was impossible to provide a paper copy. Not consumer friendly at all.
