“I ordered a bit for my car with very little knowledge of what I was ordering. They took the time to phone me and clarify it was the correct part when they realised I had zero knowledge of cars they asked for my mechanics number and phoned and spoke to him directly 5* service”
“I have finally received the oil pump I ordered 3 weeks ago. I guess the issue was with the company Ecoparts out of Hinckley, whose correspondence was woeful. I had to repeatedly ask for a tracking number which I finally had 3 days after DHL tried to deliver it unsuccessfully as I was away, hence the request for the tracking.”

“I have been using 1st choice for over 15 years but last time I bought 2 driveshafts from a scrap yard called A&C Auto salvage and it was a nightmare they lied to me for for almost 3 weeks I had to call over 10 times and every time I was hearing different stories even when I asked them for a refund when I told them if you can’t send the item then I should be entitled to a refund but instead they told me to go back where you come from and I have all of those recorded as a proof anyway in the end I was really disappointed because the site I have been using for a long time turned out to be full of fake scrap yards and scammers.
1st choice really should look at those who try to sale things on this site.”
