“Not happy bought complete aerial very expensive only received the base unit complained to breaker who said they would send the rest of it and never did and now don’t answer emails”

“Fuming...
Ordered a part, witch entailed a full suspension/strut assembly, only to receive the suspension unit. Absolutely useless. Not only that, from purchasing I had to chase up as to when it was being delivered, this took more than 10 days. Only to find that I haven't got what I purchased. Absolutely ridiculous. Fuming. Not happy at all.”

“My experience using 1st Choice Spares was shocking. I was sent a gearbox that did not work, only to find this out after paying for labour to fit the gearbox. 1st Choice simply relayed my message to the breaker, Cit-Ren, who stated a "parts only" warranty. They were willing to swap for another gearbox, but how can I trust a company who has already sent me a faulty item? When queried, they stated it was tested by reversing the car onto the ramps; this was most convenient as it was 1st and 2nd gears on the gearbox that were not working... Does beg the question, when they drove the car OFF the ramps, at what point did they decide 1st and 2nd gears were OK? When they had to use 3rd? Their original message prior to purchase stated it was a "good manual gearbox" - last time I checked, "good" does not mean faulty. Avoid dealing with these companies, as any issues are not resolved.”

“I sent out a parts request for a hard to find spare for my 2016 Honda CRV, one breaker replied to say yes they have it but were not willing to check the part before payment. Paid for the part only to be told a week later that it wasn’t any good and refunded. This was a complete waste of everyone’s time and stress on me.”

“Hi I was very pleased with the service offered. I’ve not fitted the gearbox yet so hopefully it will be ok . The only thing I would say I wasn’t given any day or time of delivery which would have been helpful but it was left in a good place and all was well . Just a phone call would have helped but I’m happy over all”
“I had to phone 1st choice seveal times and send pictures of the required part, perhaps inevitably. I was surprised that when I rang them after a longish interval they conrirmed they had soueced the part and it was ready to be sent. Would I still be waiting if I hadn't rung? But all's well that ends well!”
