“Found me a company called fords are us from whom I bought a rad pack told it would be delivered in 2-3 days. No delivery came given a tracking number for yodel that did not exist refused to answer emails and phone calls.
After 2week pay pal retrieved my money back. Be wary don't pay by direct debit”

“Ordered a part through first choice from a garage called foreign cars based in birmingham.. first choice were okay to deal with but had to send part back and get a refund as foreign cars were a total headache to deal with.. they lied about when id receive my part and when I rang to chase it up they were very rude and accused me of lying .. I have used 1st choice in past and have had a good experience with them but this time I was not happy with the garage that I had to deal with that work with 1st choice”

“Needed a door replacement glass after a break in , auto glass quote £600 inc fitting, looked on 1st choice spares average price £70 +postage. Ordered Friday morning delivered Monday morning. Brilliant service all round thanks for the help. Quick and easy pricing and excellent delivery service.”
“1st choice spares did find a firm selling the item that I wanted.
However when the item arrived ir was not as as described by Ted @ACD, it had been broken and self repaired very poorly. This after emialing with specific questions on the state of the item and was told they did not send out damaged goods.
When ACD failed to respond to my request for a refund and to return the item, on 1st Choice give feedback was a box was there a problem with the transaction.
They too did not respond
So much for your money is safe with 1st choice they are not interested in the poor punter obiviously
I will never use 1st Choice again neither ACD”
