“Used this search facility twice in quick succession - it took a few tries, where I clicked yes to keep searching - but I got what I needed, both times, within a few days, and the companies that 1st Choice directed me to were also both excellent, friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this service again.”
“Excellent service, so quick, but with great care to make sure the part was correct.
It was a good price for a used part in very good condition and it is a useful service, especially if you have a not-so-young car that dealers can no longer obtain parts for.”
“Ordered mirror for my Yaris on thursday 15th from derby, Parts got lost(?) and on tuesday20th they sent it again by DHL and I changed the delivery to my daughter's in Wales as I was going there for a wedding. Item arrived on friday and was O K and I fittted it on monday. I did not enjoy using the M4 without a door mirror on my outward journey !”
“I had to offers of the spare wheel I needed. When I went to the 1st Choice website only the more expensive product was available for me to purchase online !!! So I had to ring French Spares Ltd to place my order. They were excellent. Product arrived the next day I will use them again.”
“Received 3 quotes for a used Renault Medianav and bought the best one with a three-month guarantee. Received the part in the post the day after paying. Only a small charge to fit so saved a huge amount compared to going to Renault for the part. Very pleased with the service and the huge saving.”
Thanks for your recent feedback.
The nature of recycled spares is that they are not always available.
If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not available on that day.
With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day.
So if you have not found the parts you need, you can log back into the site and re-send your request automatically.
