“You were very good putting out my request but unfortunately the part sent out was wrong I had stated the correct vehicle details so it had to be sent back”
“When I finally got through by phone , I was asked to upload a piccy with email to show what I needed , no response ,,, left messages no response … left text message no response …. They said they would ring back when I gave them the reference number … still waiting”

“Complete shambles. Bought a gearbox 16th July, took two weeks to deliver and it turned up with the selector module removed. After multiple calls, messages photos, finally received the selector on 11 Aug. Car went to garage and mechanics found that it was the wrong gearbox i had been sent. Car is finally fixed after stripping parts from my car and the gearbox provided. The breaker who i dealt with told multiple lies about shipment etc and the whole process was ridiculously long and to find out that it was not the right part was seriously disappointing.
I would never recommend using the website to anyone due to the poor service from Royton Car+Van Brkrs ltd who i paid 325GBP for an incorrect gearbox.”

Disappointed that the part was unuseable and the garage refused to install it. Ended up getting the original part reconditioned instead.”
