“Do not use Macclesfield parts !!!
They are extremely unprofessional apart from taking your money.
I ordered a part which arrived and was cracked so unable to fit it.
I informed the customer service team and also sent 13 photos of said fault .
I also sent pictures of the box and packaging which they asked for and was told I would be contacted by Gurpeet .
Gurpeet never called. I had to chase them and ask for a replacement to which I was told I must send the part back to their supplier.
When I asked for the name of supplier I was told they could not tell me who it was !!
Then I was told if I sent the part back there was no guarantee they would replace it !
DO NOT USE!!!!!!”

“Suppliers take no notice of the part number and when you ring to check they don't bother coming back to you.
Even paid for a part, told it was being sent and heard nothing more. Had to ring back to get a refund.”

“Ordered my part and was told I would have it in 3 working days, didn't happen.1st they blamed it on the delivery depot not having drivers,then after 2 weeks they said the subframe had been damaged at the depot and they refunded me. What a letdown.”

“Hi bought a spare will for my Transit was told it had a good tyer on it and that would balance it to but when it arrived it had less then 2 mm tread and had not been balanced eather not eavan legal .so rang them and was asked to send some pics so i did and they said that they would send me anoughter one still not reseaved it this was over 2 weeks ago now have rang them 3 or 4 times now and every time i call they will sent you another 1 not happy coz i paid £45.”

“AAH Automotive Solutions appear helpful and won't leave you alone until they've got your money, then they become very difficult to deal with and do not reply to texts or answer calls. I eventually received one of the parts I required, but the other didn't turn up (even though they had lead me to believe it would). They then said they would refund me for the part but never did, completely ignoring any attempt I made to contact them. Given they are very difficult to deal with, act deceptively and don't honor refunds, they don't even deserve 1 star - avoid this trader like the plague!”

“Complete shambles. Bought a gearbox 16th July, took two weeks to deliver and it turned up with the selector module removed. After multiple calls, messages photos, finally received the selector on 11 Aug. Car went to garage and mechanics found that it was the wrong gearbox i had been sent. Car is finally fixed after stripping parts from my car and the gearbox provided. The breaker who i dealt with told multiple lies about shipment etc and the whole process was ridiculously long and to find out that it was not the right part was seriously disappointing.
I would never recommend using the website to anyone due to the poor service from Royton Car+Van Brkrs ltd who i paid 325GBP for an incorrect gearbox.”

“On your recommendation I ordered a replacement rear nearside door for my 2014 Citroen C 4 Picasso from Cit-Ren of Norwich. This was duly sent to me at a cost of£100 + £40 carriage + VAT. A total of £168.00. When it arrived and was unpacked it was immediately obvious that it was the wrong door for my car, being either for another model or earlier model and would not fit. I immediately rang Cit-RAen to complain and at the request of ‘Gary’ sent photographs by email of both doors to illustrate the difference. Since then I have tried repeatedly, without success to speak to Gary and have been told he was not in or unavailable and would ring me back. He has not done so or replied to my email. I cannot help but think that he is avoiding me!
I would be grateful if you would use whatever influence you have with this company to bring this matter to a successful conclusion, either by way of the correct door or a full refund of the £168.00.
I am unable to repack the door for return as It came on a pallet wrapped in polythene sheeting and with two large tyres as protection. I have no means of polythene roll wrapping the item.”

“I was sent a part for my Purgeot car which was incorrect, the site says that there are free returns. You are asked to fill in a returns form after several e-mails suggesting that you should not repeat e-mails to them. I have done all that they asked and have still not got a returns label. I am very sceptical about getting a refund and very annoyed at the lack of service.”

“The supplier who provided a quote was appalling. They didn't have the part they said they had, but never contacted me to tell me that (or told me on the multiple times I phoned chasing the order). They said they had some "like new" floor mats when we spoke about my initial request, which I added to the order; what arrived was a health hazard - filthy and smelly. The only positive thing I can say is they did refund me after I paid to return the mats so I didn't have to involve my card company. I will never use you again, and recommend you vet your suppliers.”

“Ordered a gearbox, gave all details, including card etc bad choice...!!!!! gearbox never arrived
after delivery time lapsed I rang them 5 times in one day said they will get back to me every time Guess what they never did,,,,, had to go to bank & cancel card details had to wait 5 days for a new one.....
NEVER EVER EVER DEAL WITH THESES AGAIN....!!!!!!
Bought one off ebay & drove 400 mile round trip to get it...
