I received one quote only. Called and confirmed with the seller and I was about to buy online. Fortunately, I decided to drive all the way from Nottingham to Birmingham to check the spare. Guess what? It turned out to be a wrong one, although all the required information was on my request. I also called and the seller confirmed that the spare is available. Now, I know that the bad review should go to that seller; however, there is no way to give a review to that seller since their review function is intentionally broken.
So after more of an hour of driving, the first engineer informed that the item isn't available. I asked why did they confirmed over the phone that they have it, but he had no answer. That was simply a mistake from the one who responded to the phone. He was too lazy to look at the details or just ask other engineer to confirm 😞
