Fitted by my garage. Failed within a week.
Headlight unit. Led part goosed but still ,at the moment , legal, but will fail eventually.Provider contacted . Car is a working vehicle Provider offered refund. I've spent money on unit, fitting of unit. Being asked to spend more to remove it, and cost of replacing it.
Charge back not applicable because of returns policy.
Asked for partial refund, no reply, being ignored.

“Excuses, excuses, Reload Auto Parts are either monumentally incompetent or just plain scammers. They took £250 from me two weeks ago for an exhaust system and have given me nothing but excuses over 6 telephone calls as to why they cannot deliver the goods. First it was they could not afford to pay a Courier then they were going to send their own driver and then they were going to send it by DPD and then they were going to send it by TNT. Nothing has arrived I would not recommend this firm to anyone and would recommend 1st Choice Spares to remove them from their site. I shall be contacting my credit card company for hopefully a pay back.”

“The part arrived broken so I sent a picture of it to the supplier. He promised to send another one out It never came he promised twice to come & collect the broken part but no one came. He said he has got someone calling for it today between 8am & 12 am. No one will come. He said he has repaid my amount via PayPal but nothing has arrived in my account. Where do I go from here?”

“I ordered through Rochdale Commercials, alias numerous other names, I asked for a silver 2018 door in silver, they gave me a 2014 door in white, with no keys, told them I didn’t want it, they told me they’d already taken payment and the door was mine !! SAS inSwinton had exact the door I need for £350, so I paid them 300, 300 to paint, 100 to change the lock, 20 for the door lock cover , so 720 !! Bully boys and charlatans !! Management won’t come and talk to you, hide behind a locked door !! They supplied the wrong bumper so I got elsewhere, another 100 wasted !! Just avoid at all costs !! But beware they quote with at least 3 different names that I know of !!
Rochdale Commercial, Rochdale Van Parts, Rochdale Motor Salvage, all at different prices but always charge you the highest !! Just totally dishonest !!”

“1st Choice Spares offered a good Service but their Supplier, the Onesgroup were dreadful, I paid them for an Alternator and they kept on promising delivery and after 14 days, I;ve not received it & I've asked for a refund, which not surprisingly I've not yet received.”

“The site found the part but the supplier, Evolvparts, has failed to deliver the goods for over a month and refuses to refund the amount paid, despite accepting that they can't find the goods. They merely said for me to get in touch with my bank.
1st Choice gave this supplier a high rating, but seemingly can do little to stop this sort of unprincipled trading. Be aware!”

'Sorry but this is not us. we have tried to speak to him let us know who he had paid and he said by bank card but we do not take card payments for this amount'.

“I get different prices for the part and some of the is really good prices
But i had a bit bad experience
I got a price of £62 i call tye company to check the part details they agreed with it and I paid the money but the very next morning they said part is faulty and they refund me the amount but that part was still listed at first choice than I found a another person same thing I called them paid the amount and that they call me back said sorry which part you looking is expensive and ask me to pay more the part was 90 pounds and he requested me to pay another 90 for postage 180 without vat really bad experience”

“The most appalling / expensive group of scrap yard breakers I have ever heard of. They cost more than brand new parts from dealerships. I needed a coil spring which costs £207 from the dealerships. There's beakers asked for over £300 with 1 month warranty. I found it disappointing and disgusting of them .”

We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later.

Our customer service team worked on this on your behalf since your complaint reached us on 11/11/2023.
We do need to communicate with both parties in any dispute, and this can take time with some toing and froing. Our understanding is that a refund was agreed on 18/11/2023.
