“Ordered and paid for parts with eco euro parts by telephone and they told me they had the part in stock. Left them three messages to get in contact with me but no reply. After 7 days received an email from 1st choice stating that my payment was being returned as they could not supply the part. Badly let down by eco euro parts. Will never ues them again. 1 star rating refers to eco euro parts as communications from 1st choice were good”

“I've found this to be a very frustrating experience...my daughter's car broke down in Cambridge. We live in Essex. After recovering the car to a local garage, it was discovered that the clutch and gearbox had gone! The garage receommnded that I contact 1st Choice Spares for a replacement gearbox. The car is 15 years old and not worth a great deal of money.
I ordered a replacement gearbox from A&C Auto Salvage, based in Bolton. They had been with 1st Choice Spares for almost 20 years.
I ordered the gearbox on 07/04/2025. It arrived at the garage on 11/04/2025 at 6pm, when the garage was closed. It was re-delivered early the following week and was fitted to the car on 16/04. I received a call from the garage to explain they were unable to engage 3rd gear and there was an issue with the synchromesh. They explained that if I contacted A&C Auto's, they should contact the garage via video call and they wouyld be able to explain exactly what the issue was.
As of today, A&C Auto's state they are 'too busy' to call the garage and frustingly, the garage have also given a similar response.
The gearbox came with a 3-month guarantee.
My daughter has been without a car for over 2 weeks and the saga continues...”

“Ordered a VW polo part from one of your suppliers through your website. I supplied the OEM number and once the part arrived it was completely wrong and not suitable for my vehicle. You agreed to refund it once I had returned it. It's been confirmed as received back but no refund yet, been waiting for several weeks. “Extremely poor and non professional. They took the money and never delivered the part. They keep making excuses, terribly lame excuses for why they have not sent the part and they refuse to give me a refund. They seem very shady the way the speak on the phone, keep changing their names and keep shifting blame to other people who are conveniently not in the office when I call. They seems to be running a money laundering kind of scam business. Please stay away from them. They need to be reported to the police as they are most probably running a money laundering business rather than a genuine car spare parts website. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!”

“Not really, both items had to send back , both items they stated I have to pay carraige back and a 25% handling charge. Jaguar spares state that a 2017 Jaguar XE PORTFOLIO REG. OU67 WWO was fitted with XENON+ LED Signature Headlamp so why was I sent a 2015 year headlamp. Same with the bumper Jaguar Spares state that reg was fitted with headlamp washer cutout so why did they supply one without stating it was my fault for not requesting it what is the point of supplying the Reg No. When they take no notice an supply any old thing”
