1st choice whom I've used in the past seem to provide a good service on the whole, unfortunately some of the companies they deal with do not, RENPARTS, for renault spares take your cash, lie, and send no parts!! AVOID

The reason for the one star is First choice car spares do not seem to have any responsabilty to the people using there service I bought doors two years ago from DERBY AUTO SALVAGE they were packaged damaged and sent to m damaged I went through the complaints procedure but it turns out First Choice just sent the email to the roge trader and nothing was done I had to get a refund from Visa because DERBY AUTO SALVAGE are con men Here i am again , not thinking the same con men can still be here bought a wing for a Suzuki , was supossed to be exellent condition not the case been dragged accross the floor scratched everywhere and im going to Visa again So pretty uninprssed by First Choice choice of registered suppliers to still have CON MEN LIKE DERBY AUTO SALVAGE still handing out scrap parts , ignoring complaints, still in business on First Choice So the reason for using a parts serch engine is to have the comfort that the parts companies are vetted but it just dosent seem to be that way Poor costomer service, poor choice of suppliers and typical of english costomer service in general Still waiting on CON MEN DERBY AUTO SALVAGE PHONING BACK FROM 2 YEARS AGO AND FROM LAST WEEK

I ordered some door mouldings off a breaker who's advertising on the first choice platform. Before I ordered the mouldings I did mention my ones were colour coded and the ones you were selling were not and the seller said its exactly the same just not colour-coded but when I received the mouldings the shape was completely different, I did try to contact the seller but with no success. so not very happy about this. I'm out of pocket and I've got mouldings which are no good to me.

I don’t want to complain about 1st Choice. My complaint is with the breakers who supplied the door. I was sent a picture of a door intact on a car. I then received one with no inside panel or mirror . I called them and they said that this was how the doors come but assured me that all the internal parts are working. I have left the car and door with my mechanic who has now informed me that lots of the working parts have been removed and it is not as they said. This door cost me 130 with delivery and now it’s costing a lot more as the mechanic has additional work and parts to find. I’m very upset and disappointed as I did this to save money not waste it.

Your site is very good, it is your suppliers that are poor. I received a quote and was assured by FCS that the part was in stock. I ordered it for £390. I then chased ad they gave me a story that it was in stock but someone had sold it over the counter, but another part would be arriving and i would receive as of 26th May. Nothing arrived - just spoken again and same story. delay in shipping. Not overly impressed.

Very poor service. Bought two gearbox which I specifically gave a code and only wanted that code. But the spanner’s knew better and sent the wrong gearbox

Correct part not found. Dealers wanted payment before part checked to match part required. Requested photos of alleged part available from several dealers, but none forthcoming. Not impressed by the experience.

I have written to you complaining about the treatment i received from Foreign parts. They have now agreed to send me a replacement after countless phone calls and promises to phone back. So we will wait and see the outcome of the present situation before replying Leighton Davies

Ordered a gearbox from this company, toyota advised that gearbox they sent was useless as it had a bolt thread completely hacked off. The company advise that part was road tested before irs sent out. Toyota said this couldnt have been and the seller knew that. Seller wont answer my calls now... ive waited over a week for refund of over £900 and had constant promises re proof of refund payment ignored. Shocking company not to be trusted Stay Away!! Trading standards have been contacted and action fraud.

location of my required part found at Prestige Allparts. Called and confirmed user manual was correct for my car, i ordered and paid for it. It was due in 3 days, one week later after a few calls it was now not available but still looking for it. 2 weeks down the line still waiting for a response.

Most of the quotes I received were very high one part was £37 more than a new part from the main dealer

Thanks for your recent feedback. Saving money is our top priority however smaller items, after adding delivery costs, can sometimes make the price seem higher. It also depends on whether the parts are available and those in short supply, can sometimes come with a premium. We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later. Absolute rip off... sold me a faulty part. Noticed the same week I bought it. I have been calling and they promised to get a part an call me back on two occasions now. Tom never called me back... ignore my call now on themin number and dont respond when you message through their site. Still chasing now and will lose out because I will have to pay to have the part fitted again as well as a new part. Not longer before I come site to sort this out now lads!!!

Avoid them they can’t do anything if you have problem with the seller I lost £76 for return the item and had to contact paypal for refund
