My last couple of purchases through first choice have been shambolic
Both suppliers taking payment for items they obviously don’t stock then waiting days before we find out there not coming then got to wait for refunds
Last supplier lost our part but miraculously after waiting 12 days it turned up just left in our complex without anybody letting us know it was there
