The dealer delvered the part quickly, however i was disappointed to find the item had not been packaged correctly and arrived broken, wrapoed in a flimsy piece of cardboard and a bin bag, only to have the postage (£20) deducted from the refund by the dealer, which was very unfair as this was there fault and shoukd not have been my loss.”
