“Terrible first experience. Site was easy to use and find the part I needed. Order was straightforward but the part was damaged.
The supplier isn't responding, and 1st Choice doesn't want anything to do with it.
There either needs to be better vetting of suppliers or more robust ways to help a buyer.”

“Found me a company called fords are us from whom I bought a rad pack told it would be delivered in 2-3 days. No delivery came given a tracking number for yodel that did not exist refused to answer emails and phone calls.
After 2week pay pal retrieved my money back. Be wary don't pay by direct debit”

“Ordered a part through first choice from a garage called foreign cars based in birmingham.. first choice were okay to deal with but had to send part back and get a refund as foreign cars were a total headache to deal with.. they lied about when id receive my part and when I rang to chase it up they were very rude and accused me of lying .. I have used 1st choice in past and have had a good experience with them but this time I was not happy with the garage that I had to deal with that work with 1st choice”
