“Seemed good at first but after spending time on the phone to make sure I ordered the correct part, sadly, the wrong part arrived 1 day late. Wbe I rang to arrange swap or refund I was told I'd have to post it to them and the chap on phone was rude (garage in Oldham) I cancelled my payment in the end and the part is ready to be collected, can't recommend based on my one experience but ii think it is a failure in the garage tbf.”

“DO NO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY I PAID £42 FOR A APART THEY PHONED ME TO SAY IT WAS BROKEN, I THEN TOLD THEM ON THE PHONE TO STOP LOOKING AND I BOUGHT THE PART I NEEDED FROM GERMANY SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND AS THEY PROMISED IF THEY DID NOT PROVIDE THE PART THEY WOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I HAVE PHONED AND PHONED AND I AM SICK OF EMAILING AND GETTING NO ANSWERS NO RETUN CALLS SO I PHONED CAPITAL ONE. THEN IT GOT WORSE, I HAVE FILLED IN FORMS 5 TIMES FOR CAPITAL ONE AND AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF SENDING ANOTHER FORM BACK THAT ARRIVED FROM THEM TO GET MY £42 BACK. DO NOT DEAL.”
