“Needed a door replacement glass after a break in , auto glass quote £600 inc fitting, looked on 1st choice spares average price £70 +postage. Ordered Friday morning delivered Monday morning. Brilliant service all round thanks for the help. Quick and easy pricing and excellent delivery service.”
“1st choice spares did find a firm selling the item that I wanted.
However when the item arrived ir was not as as described by Ted @ACD, it had been broken and self repaired very poorly. This after emialing with specific questions on the state of the item and was told they did not send out damaged goods.
When ACD failed to respond to my request for a refund and to return the item, on 1st Choice give feedback was a box was there a problem with the transaction.
They too did not respond
So much for your money is safe with 1st choice they are not interested in the poor punter obiviously
I will never use 1st Choice again neither ACD”

“The site provided me with three quotes for the part I required. One of these quotes was acceptable to me and I bought from that company. Without 1st Choice Spares I would probably never got in contact with the successfull company.”
“5/5 Stars - Absolutely brilliant service!
I was struggling to find an alternator for my Volkswagen Golf R, but the team at First Choice Spares tracked one down for me in no time. It arrived double-quick, in brilliant second-hand condition, and is working perfectly.
The bloke on the phone was amazing—incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to sort me out. Top-tier customer service and highly recommended. Will definitely use them again!”
“Needed to replace the bumper on an Auris, got several responses quite quickly. Communication was excellent, got lots of pictures showing the condition and areas with minor faults. Was packaged well and arrived as described. Colour was as expected. Delivery was delayed but that was down to the carrier.”
“Great communication. Saved a perfectly good running car from being scrapped. Good stock as the parts I was looking for are not common and easy to find.”
“Had to buy a replacement headlight for my car, after searching on another Website was met with all the wrong parts, so made my way to 1st choice. Entered my reg & put in what part was needed, BANG within 20mins I had 2 quotes for the part & at reasonable prices. Ordered & within 2 days had the part fitted & working exactly with what the seller said. Will definitely be using again. Just a shame you can only give 5 stars, there worth more.”
