Waste of my time. Spend 2 weeks waiting on a part which would never arrive. Wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them

I am very happy with the service I received during the process of buying parts for my car. The parts were shipped and and received accordingly. I will definitely use this service again and would encourage anyone else that needs parts to also use this service 👍🏻

Ye did get back to me with some of the item's , I rang back and asked for photos but the never came I also rang the supplier about the part but was told he didn't have the stuff.

If after checking your emails or texts, you do not receive many quotes first time round, it's likely your parts were not available on that day. With over 150 Breakers nationwide however, between them they are processing literally hundreds of additional vehicles every day. Excellent service 👍 Saves hours & hours of trawling the internet. It’s worth using as I was furnished with a wide range of availability and price. When I decided on the supplier, the contact was easy and very professional. Had my part within two days and I personally saved around £600 with my component. Keep it up 1stChoice, it’s brilliant 👌

Renparts customer service is awful . I was sent a wrong part & have been trying to get the correct one since last Thursday . I have rang them repeatedly & sent photos & after being assured that someone will call me back at least 5 times I’m still waiting. I’m not impressed & find it very rude to the extent that I feel embarrassed ringing again .

The thing that stands out is that all the dealers that were sent my request they all had to compete with price.The 1st quote that came in was the cheapest by half thus I had a great deal , thanks 1st choice & A&K Motors.

Cannot get a refund or the part ordered from 01603755515 invoice no14129808 been fobbed of with excuses now nobody answers the phone Will not be using again

I mistaking ordered the wrong part from Apex Motor Spares. They answered every E mail and told me how to get a full refund off of them. I sent back the part I wrongly ordered, and I intermediately got a refund. Kind regards,

Please log in to your account to view the details: https://www.1stchoice.co.uk/login Enter your ID: (Email) & Password Click on “Requests & Quotes” and view a list of requests you have made. Click the “View Quotes” button beside your request, which gives you a list of quotes received. (If no quotes have been received, this will be “Greyed out”) To view full details about the quote, click the “Click for details” buttons, which will open out the full details etc. including the ability to download copy invoices. Alongside many, there will be a Pay Online button, allowing you to order securely, from participating depots. All the best Customer Care - 1st Choice.

We entered the details of the parts we wanted, a quote came up. We contacted the seller to see why the postage charge was as expensive as the part, the company said they didn't use Royal Mail only courier services, we bought the parts, I was shocked that carriage was so expensive but we couldn't buy the parts locally so we were forced to pay the inflated fee.

Thanks for your recent feedback. Saving money is our top priority however smaller items, after adding delivery costs, can sometimes make the price seem higher. We try to find the best price and it may be worth repeating a request, a day or two later.
