“Conceptually a brilliant scheme. Unfortunately in specifying something like the colour of the part required First Choice relies on the colour of the car reported in the log book. Our car is specified as blue but is a particularly uncommon shade. Frustratingly got the customer and potential suppliers it appears that the First Choice System is unable to process shade subtleties within its data-base enquiry system. This wastes much time.”

“I've only recently discovered secondhand spare parts. First choice spares was easy to use and I got the part I needed. I had a couple of false starts where I thought I had ordered a part but it didn't arrive; once the colour was wrong so they didn't dispatch it and the second time it was the correct part but delivered to the wrong address.
