“I asked for a blue door I was told they may have 1 in stock but when it arrived it was black scratched and damaged to top and bottom of the door not impressed, I thought it would have been an idea to let me know that it was black not blue”

“Got a reply to my enquiry very quickly. I haven't decided to buy the item yet because of other issues with my car. I will certainly use them when I need a part for my car, seem very professional.”
“The part came promptly after ordering by phone. Although I supplied further info about the part I needed & was assured that if wrong I would be refunded in full, it was not correct & despite returning within 7 days as required I have only received about two thirds of the cost.”
