“I bought a high level brake light but it has been so badly wrapped by the seller that it had broken in transit. The seller said another would be sent but this did not appear. In trying to report the matter to 1St Choice I see that I can't even do that as my order is not showing in my account - puzzling since I have received two emails from them asking me to leave a review (so the order must be within my account!). VERY frustrating all round: no brake light and no support from 1st Choice in obtaining a refund.”

Im located in the Highlands of Scotland and ok I had to pay a bit more for delivery but the price I had to pay is well worth while. Will have no hesitation in using 1st Choice again.”

I told them what I needed and was offered several suppliers, made my choice, spoke to them, received the parts at a very good price, and the job is done. “Can't fault first choice but my experience with one of your suppliers has been horrendous. I agreed to purchase the part from Hancock car dismantling and paid the £33 plus £11 delivery, when the part arrived it was found not fit for purpose. I immediately contacted Mr Hancock who said he was on holiday and would refund me when he returned. After many phone calls with Mr Hancock I still haven't received anything. I returned the item as requested for a cost of £7.50. and given details of my bank card but there seems to be one excuse after another, please warn all your other customers.”
