I placed an order with Furl and paid an extra £100 for express delivery, so I could receive my order by 20 October instead of November. After payment, I received confirmation of both the order and the delivery upgrade. About a week before the scheduled delivery, I started calling Furl to confirm the delivery details — but no one answered the phone for four days. I also sent them an email asking for an update on my order status, but never received a reply. Eventually, I tried contacting them via the chat on their website — again, no response. Then I opened the chat from another laptop and, just to test, asked a question about a different product. This time they replied immediately. Once I mentioned my existing order, they told me to wait half a day as someone would “definitely get back to me.” Of course, by the end of the business day, no one did. I called again several times, and on the third attempt a woman finally answered. She said there were some “issues with parts” and that the delivery would be delayed by another 4–5 weeks. I asked to cancel my order since I no longer wanted to deal with such an unreliable company. She said her manager would call me the next day, but I politely refused and asked her to just cancel the order. She still insisted on the call. So not only did they fail to inform me about the delay — even though I paid extra for express delivery, clearly indicating the delivery date was important to me — but they also completely ignored my messages and calls. The fact that they responded instantly when I asked about another product in a different chat clearly shows they were choosing to ignore existing customers. And only when I decided to cancel the order did they suddenly become eager to contact me. I wonder what their managers were doing during the previous four days when no one was answering emails or picking up the phone.

It always saddens me to receive comments like this — as a team we work so very hard to exceed expectations, so feedback like this understandably hurts. I am very sorry for the frustration we are causing you right now. Your product will be ready within the stated delivery time frame you paid for, and the remaining part of your order will follow as soon as it’s available. We could have communicated better, and I take full responsibility for that. I’ll be reviewing every part of this process to ensure it’s avoided in future. An authority on the importance of good service as an Air Hostess with BOAC in the 60's, I commend the Manager MJ at your Showroom in Fairfax Road for just that. The service was outstanding, and resulted in a quick sale! Will comment on the product following delivery.

The air storage bed is an excellent product and the installer was extremely good. There is a long day lay between order and delivery because everything is made by hand to order but it was worth the wait.

After a disappointing experience with another bed maker, we decided to browse for beds at Furl. To our delight, Furl was a refreshing change. Monika from Swiss Cottage helped me over the phone with my bed requirements and found quick delivery options. Fortunately, we found an item in the showroom that we wanted and were able to get our bed in just two days. The delivery team was also highly commendable – they were very polite and ensured everything was fitted perfectly in our master bedroom.

Incredibly happy with my Furl Sofabed. From the store experience to the delivery, everything was excellent. The sofa itself is perfect, by far the best sofa bed I've experienced. I tested sleeping on it for the last few nights and have been loving it.

OMG the best sofa bed i have ever laid on! The mattress is so comfortable! It is so easy to operate too - just a matter of pulling a cord and it neatly unfolds. No need to take cushions off - they stack neatly under the mattress. Genius!!!! Colour and style are just stunning too!

The delivery process was excellent - the team called in the morning and were extremely accommodating when I requested a later delivery slot which was hugely appreciated. They were friendly and efficient, and the bed looks great.

As a Design and Build company it is very improtant for us to collaborate with companies that understand how to work with professionals in the Construction and Design industry. Furl from the start have been rgeat, from visiting the showroom with our client and designer to their team handling all the details, orders and delivery. Their delivery team were excellent, efficient, skilled and very careful of our Clay Plaster walls! All in all, anytime a client asks us to recommend a furniture supplier, Furl will be towards the top of that list!

This is our second Furl bed, the first being purchased over 11 years ago and still in perfect order! The delivery and installation team were exceptional. Polite, efficient and so helpful. They relocated our original bed to another bedroom ensuring all screws etc were tightened. This is a great service available on request. Worth every penny! Thanks Furl team.

I have just had the Max storage double bed delivered and I am pleased beyond words. Furl was recommended to my by my bedroom designer Claudia Dorsch and I am so glad she did. As soon as I walked into Furl King’s Road and met Monika, I felt at ease and confident. Monika is professional and knowledgeable and will give her opinion when asked, which was very valuable. The bed choices are great but I knew I wanted maximum storage. No other bed o had seen combined that kind of storage with this quality. I chose to have the bed frame fabric removable, so I paid a little extra. I wanted to choose a different fabric that matched my curtains and Monika made some excellent suggestions that I chose from. Delivery was 8 weeks exactly as promised. The delivery team were brilliant, respected my home, worked very quickly and cleanly, finished in about an hour and took all the packaging. They were also very knowledgeable about the bed mechanism and care and gave me good information and advice. I spent more than I was going to originally on the bed but it’s worth every penny and it would be hard to buy from anywhere else. Icing on the cake!!! Made in the UK. Brilliant quality and service, thank you team Furl

From start to finish, my experience with Furl has been flawless. The delivery was smooth and right on time, and the bed itself is absolutely stunning – beautifully designed and clearly built to last. The quality is outstanding, both in the bed frame and the mattress. It’s incredibly comfortable and feels like true luxury. I honestly couldn’t wish for anything better. The guys were fantastic - insanely quick, very kind and helpful. 12/10. Also the customer service pre delivery - I emailed last week as our estimated delivery date passed and we hadn’t heard anything. Being called back vs an anonymous email within a day or two, and then immediately offered a fast delivery date just 3-4 days later, was perfect.
