Excellent service throughout, very pleased with new sofabed! Edward in the Kings Road showroom was really helpful in deciding the style and colour, and Fabian and Phil were great with the delivery and assembly. Would highly recommend

This is our second storage bed and once again we are very pleased with our new bed. The delivery and fitting was carried out by the really friendly Watford crew in good time and a professional manner with advice on safety, some maintenance and support if needed. Well done to both of them. Thank you.

Exceptional service from start to finish! From meeting Edward in the Chelsea showroom, email communication and of course the team who delivered and assembled my max storage bed, Fabio and Phil. Edward was knowledgeable, patient and helpful whilst I made my choice. Fabio and Phil on delivery day were professional, courteous, tidy, clean, very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. I could not be happier with my new bed (which I have looked for for years!), the storage is more impressive than I anticipated. The overall customer service from start to finish makes Furl stand out. Fabio and Phil were very patient on delivery day answering all of my questions and ensuring I was happy before they left. They were courteous in asking if they were required to remove their shoes (which they did with no bother at all), tidy whilst assembling and removed all packaging upon leaving. Friendly and professional. I can’t recommend Furl enough!! Plus being able to view products in a physical showroom was a big tick for me. Thank you to all at Furl.

Great advice, communication and fantastic product. Our bed was delivered one week later than the ‘estimated delivery date’ which was acceptable to us, and it was well worth the wait. The team communicated well throughout and the delivery men installing the product went above and beyond explaining the bed and clearing up after themselves. A great experience all round.

Really love our Tokyo sofa bed - my daughter tried the mattress in the Swiss Cottage showroom and declared it was just like a real bed. The showroom staff were very helpful and demonstrated the sofa beds and also answered our numerous questions. The delivery team were excellent - managing to get the sofa into quite a tight space - they assembled the sofa bed and then gavve us a demonstation of how it worked. Thank you

I was kept informed of progress on my order and the delivery/installation team were absolutely superb, they explained everything in clear, simple terms and I am delighted with my Class Chair sofa bed. Thank you all at FURL !

The Swan sofa bed looks extremely smart, and my client is delighted. Moreover, the delivery team, in particula, Lyubo went out of their way to accommodate my clients needs and deliver with efficiency and care.

Fabio and Phil were fantastic! Gave clear updates on arrival time - texting and calling! They were really efficient, professional and friendly. They explained everything we need to know regarding the bed (how it functions and how to look after it) and they put the bed together in no time! They also explained that if we were to move in the future, they could come and take the bed apart for us (understandably for a fee) but just to contact Furl. Really nice genuine men- very good at both the skilful side and personable side of their job! Please reiterate my thanks to them!

The bed is really comfortable and the storage space is amazing. I highly recommend Furl. The delivery and assembly was highly professional. A great team both in the shop in Swiss Cottage and on the road.

The delivery team were fantastic. They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and were right on time. They assembled the sofa bed quickly and showed me how to use it. Truly wonderful people – kind, professional, and efficient. I'm extremely satisfied with Furl’s service from start to finish.

Furl’s customer service has been deeply disappointing, with a complete lack of accountability for faulty assembly. Despite multiple emails, they continue to deflect responsibility rather than provide a practical solution. The issue stems from their own installers, who failed to properly secure key bolts during the original assembly. Yet, instead of acknowledging this, Furl has repeatedly suggested that our movers were at fault, despite clear evidence to the contrary. Their responses have been slow and unhelpful, leaving us waiting for weeks with no resolution. Even after promising to provide further information, they have failed to follow through in a timely manner. A company that prides itself on quality should stand by its work, yet Furl has shown little regard for post-purchase support. We cannot recommend them based on this experience and would urge others to be cautious before purchasing.

Hello Amiel, We installed your bed over 6 years ago, and we understand that you recently moved, and upon re-installation of your bed, have discovered some screws/bolts that need replacing. We will be pleased to replace these screws and have made contact with you to try and resolve this. Apologies for our slow response and attention to this.
