“This was the first time using a shipping company. After I accepted the bid. Things went pretty smooth. My excavator was picked up 4 days later and delivered the next day from 500 miles away. Tyler was was the agent over seeing shipment.”

“They were amazing and come highly recommended, they communicated regularly and they did what the said when they said they would. Delivery was done on time, there was a couple of technical problems on my side and they went out of their way, resolved the problems and were very supportive throughout. I will recommend their services to anyone.”

“To start, I'll say that I will NEVER use this service again, nor will I suggest it to anyone I like! My understanding was that carriers would bid on my requested service. I would accept the bid that I liked based upon the reviews and price. What actually happened: I accepted the bid from a carrier, selected the insurance option, and paid the deposit to Shiply. Once the shipment was confirmed, the assignment of a carrier was handed off to a company called Course Correct. This was my first time hearing anything of them. I gave Shiply and Course Correct plenty of time to schedule a carrier by the date I needed the car picked up. I went around and around with Course Correct up to and beyond the date I needed to leave on a flight and thus needed my car to be picked up! Course Correct finally assigned my service to a carrier, but they could not pick the car up from the location I scheduled, nor could they pick it up before I needed to fly out of town. I had to solicit my friend to make the keys available. The day after I left town, and after paying an additional $100, no one had contacted my friend to get the key. The following day, I was told that the carrier's truck had broken down. That company, TKJ Auto Transport, was HORRIBLE! Course Correct then assigned another carrier the next day, who promised to pick up my car between 5 and 7 pm. No one showed up to get the key until almost 11 pm! I had to pay that carrier an additional $150! By that time, I just wanted my car picked up to begin the transportation from Reston, VA to Houston, TX. After going back and forth with the dispatcher and driver about why the car was in one location and the key in another, Noor Express, LLC finally picked up my car and got underway. They said my car would arrive sometime on Monday. It didn't arrive until Tuesday afternoon, and not to the scheduled location! My wife had to leave work to meet the driver to get the key, and I had to get a ride back to where they dropped the vehicle off later. In all, I spent an additional $209 above and beyond what I was quoted and accepted, and the car was neither picked up nor dropped off at the locations specified!”

“absolutely fantastic service. I have just met two of the Shiply Team who arrived bang on time. They were brilliant with the delivery and I cannot thank them enough for the help they gave to me. They are a credit to your company and went above and beyond what I expected in the help that they gave. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Shiply.com for any future collections especially on Ebay where I bought the bed. Thank you so much in making this experience so easy. The cost was more than fair and the customer service throughout was 'second to none' Wonderful day”

“Ich musste mich zum ersten Mal um eine Abholung meines Pannenfahrzeugs kümmern. Dem entsprechend war ich unsicher und kritisch. Dies hat sich in keinster weise bestätigt. Der Kontakt und Ablauf lief unkompliziert, schnell, zuverlässig und freundlich! Vielen Dank für ihre große Unterstützung.
