“I scheduled my car for pickup on July 11 with guaranteed delivery by July 16. The driver didn’t arrive until July 15 well past the agreed‑upon pickup date which unsurprisingly delayed my delivery beyond the promised window. Once he finally unloaded my vehicle, he demanded an additional $100 “loading fee” that was nowhere in our signed contract. When I pointed this out, he refused to release my car key unless I paid. Only after I firmly referenced our flat‑rate agreement did he reluctantly return my key still insisting I owed the fee. Between the excessively late pickup, the missed delivery promise, and the attempt to extort an unauthorized fee by holding my key hostage, this company proved utterly unprofessional. If you value reliability and honest billing, look elsewhere.”

“This is my first time using Shipley-it was fast easy did not cost me anything and within minutes I had at least 40 coats for shipping three paintings from Illinois to Washington to my daughters home. I chose a reasonable quote, and the company was courteous and reliable. We did have one mistake with shipping but they corrected it quickly, and my paintings were delivered in excellent shape.! I highly recommend using Shipley for any of your Shipping needs! (Door to door was great)”

“Booking online is always a worrying exercise. Especially with no way to truly know the viability or reliability. Shiply did its best to provide good information. The responders and quotes were clear. Some even assured me of how careful Shiply was and what they had to do to be accepted to the platform. This helped increase my confidence. Plus, any time I made an enquiry or complaint via the HELP function, the Shiply team always answered promptly and with great courtesy. I would not hesitate to use this service again.”
