“Rip off company, actually the bike move cost £90 , Shipley quotes came through ranging from £135 to £290 i picked the £135 but ended up with a bill of over £200 , courier only got The £90. My recommendation would be to source your own courier and don't use Shipley”

“Appalling service. 2 men arrived and after 1 look claimed unable to get down stairs . Almost no English spoken by 1 and none by other. They called the office who claimed that it would not go down the stairs, I expi got it up there 5 years prior. Told mg husband I was a woman and did not know and insisted the stairs had been changed since getting the item upstairs and that if they caused any damage it would be our risk !! I was not even their customer, I had sold the item to someone on eBay who arranged the collection. Spent a day waiting in and had ti explain to purchaser the problem. These lazy rude incompetent people should be an avoided at all costs.”

“We chose Marcin's moving service for the full package, despite it not being the cheapest option, and found the decision to be entirely worthwhile and an excellent value for money. Marcin and his team, including competent members like Adam and Patrick, were consistently punctual, supplied generous packing materials, and packed every item meticulously. For our stressful cross-country move with a two-month-old, Marcin quickly took charge of the extensive packing, offering constant reassurance and minimizing disruption by addressing one room at a time. The team efficiently handled furniture disassembly and loading, and the complimentary three nights of storage gave us crucial extra travel time. Upon delivery, they treated our property respectfully, placed items exactly where requested without question, and immediately reassembled the furniture. Based on this professional and thoughtful experience, we strongly recommend their full packaging service.”
