Quick, efficient, and friendly with drivers who did an amazing job with the loading on and off. The dispatchers (Nancy) (David) and (Ashton) were with me from the beginning to the very end. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them highly.

used shiply and the 2nd day they had a driver for my load out of NW Montana and was at my door in 2 days Northern Mn. From late Sunday afternoon and Thursday afternoon was there. Driver was very friendly Thanks for the smooth transaction

Like on every homepage, where services are managed and a connection is establiches between clients, you also have positive and negative clients. Shiply tries to negotiate by problems and reacts suprinsingly fast. After one client complete failed, the service fee was returned and another client could take over the job immediately. Things to change: after a negative impression / service, it is not longer possible to evaluate the failing client, because Shiply marks the contract as fullfilled, though nothing happend! Therefor bad clients remain inside the database withou being "de"selected as not trustworthy.

John from Load - Makers knew his stuff. I was in a hurry to get the car. John calls the next day says it will be there tomorrow. Oh they were the most inexpensive one on the list of over 30.

The process was fairly straightforward. My only challenge was that portal would not let me add the dimensions with numbers in my massages to the individual inquiries. It flagged it as a phone number. For example 4’ x 2’ had to be written out as four foot by two foot.

I dont like that its a broker of a broker, and the middle man insinuated they can provide a service, but after you accept the quote, it can take weeks if not longer. If the quotes are not high enough, bid where you can back up your service and your driver are willing to make the trip. Id rather have upfront pricing than irreliable service And when I emailed Shiply I feel like i got the AI answer back.

Here is my experience with Shiply and Quickolog. I received dozens of quotes, chose the provider with near 100% positive reviews. Once I accepted the quote the price went up. Contractor sent me several messages prior to scheduling the shipment. They specific a 1-5 business day scheduling durning which I received a call from someone , not from Quickolog, requesting a confirmation email, of which I never received. He seemed confused said he would try to do more research. I then sent a message to Quickolog for clarification and details- no response. I called the number provided, no response. I emailed Shiply, they opened a ticket and sent an urgent message to Quickolog, but still no response. I informed Shiply via email I was not comfortable working with Quickolog. They went ahead and canceled the order and I began getting quotes again, including one from Quickolog -WTF!. A day later I received a cryptic text message thinking it was s scam I ignored it. Called the origin location a day later and found out the unit was picked up the day before. It arrived that afternoon without any communication. Poor management of brokers, clunky interface, poor/no communication. Shiply please manage your broker network better.
