“I didn't actually get delivery on my item (seller changed their mind about selling), but the process leading up to planned pick up and follow up after cancellation was brilliant. “I needed a large item shipped. Shiply was everything I needed. I sent them the details and they got quotes back and I contacted one of the quotes, and the job was done - as easy as that! Everything was clear and easy to navigate, communication was good and the messaging system was easy. Very pleased and will be using shiply in the future!”
