“Der anfänglich ein wenig zäh zustande gekommene Kontakt wurde später durch hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Transportunternehmen ausgegglichen. Alle Beteiligten waren außergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit. Transport und Aufstellung des Möbelstücks wurden zu vollster Zufriedenheit durchgeführt.”

“The company quoted me for one price and then when it was time to pick up my car I had to pay a different price, the scammed me for around $270. Definitely not using Shipley again. Do not recommend.”

“Lo anuncian como "hasta un 75% más barato" porque "son transportistas que ya hacen ese recorrido" y "solo quieren llenar el camión". Sin embargo las ofertas que me han llegado son más del doble de caras que contratar una empresa de transporte normal... no tiene ningún sentido. Además eso fue eligiendo la opción de fechas más flexible posible y el seguro solo cubre 25€ de protección...”

“I hired this company to transport my Ford F-450 on a trailer. When their transport truck broke down, instead of arranging for another trailer or a tow truck, the driver took it upon himself to drive my vehicle approximately 307 miles without my knowledge or permission. The truck had 75,133 documented miles when it left the Enterprise location in Orlando and 75,440 miles when it was returned. I never authorized anyone to drive it. The vehicle was also unregistered and uninsured for road use, yet the driver operated it on public highways, drove through tolls, consumed fuel, and exposed me to potentially significant liability. I have not even been provided with verification that the person driving my truck had a valid license or appropriate insurance. While this was happening, I repeatedly attempted to contact the carrier by telephone and text message. My calls and messages went unanswered. When the driver arrived at my property, he was instructed numerous times to leave but refused. The situation escalated to the point that the police had to be called. After the truck was returned, I discovered a rock lodged between the driver-side rear dual wheels. Both tires now need to be replaced, adding another substantial expense to the unauthorized mileage, fuel consumption, and toll charges. Despite these events, the company is still demanding the remaining payment and telling me to pay first and pursue the carrier afterward. That completely misses the point. I paid to have my truck transported on a trailer. I did not pay for someone to drive it hundreds of miles without my permission after their own equipment broke down. I have requested a full refund of all money paid, along with reimbursement for the unauthorized mileage, fuel, tolls, damaged tires, and any additional damage discovered during inspection. The unauthorized use of my truck, ignored calls and messages, added mileage and expenses, damage to two tires, the driver’s conduct at my property, and the need for police involvement made this an absolutely unacceptable experience. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.”
