When a review is marked "Verified", it means Reviews.co.uk has the additional trust signals necessary to ensure that the review is genuine. Customers reading the reviews can then use this information to help them decide which reviews are more relevant and steer them in their purchasing decisions.
If a review does not have the "Verified Reviewer" label next to it, we do not have the additional information from the customer/company to verify that the review was written from the privileged user position. Even though some reviews do not carry the "Verified Reviewer" badge, it does not mean that the reviewer has no experience with the company – it just means that we could not confirm a specific purchase. The "Verified Reviewer" badge offers one more way to help gauge the quality and relevance of a company review.

General 'service' ok but I paid an extra £5 to have my listing listed at the top of the results. I checked back numerous times over the next 48 hours and failed to see it once. As a result I only received a couple of bids for the delivery job. Therefore would not recommend.
after excepting pick up date was changed when told driver was on way to pick up it happened the next morning told made a mistake and not in my area untill the week then told Thursday then oppligised and told Friday so 3 days later than originality stated picked up and a week later than originality agreed drop off
but friendly driver told me when was 15 mins away and goods in fine condition just times and promises broke to get the order
We needed a few boxes of domestic goods shipped from Paris to London. The actual delivery service was excellent - arranged a time for collection and picked up goods as promised from Paris, and delivered them on agreed date to UK - all in order and undamaged. Would definitely use the service providers again and it is their service which gets the five star review.
There was however an issue with the Shiply IT system - nothing to do with service provider - which caused a real problem earlier in the process - my account was mysteriously transformed from being a customer account to being a service provider account, which meant i could see but couldn't access the quotes i had received as a customer. I had to go through the entire quoting process again (good job i had enough time to do so) and i ended up with a quote significantly more expensive than first time around. So i ended up paying more because of Shiply's IT failure. Not impressive Shiply.
Used it a couple of times. The service doesn't really do much. It is just an introduction to couriers. As soon as you agree a quote and pay Shipley a large fee, you are on your own. As I did not get many quotes and they were quite expensive, I probably will go to a courier direct next time.
