“I had a problem in terms of the time taken between purchase and delivery (I’d purchased the item in early November, giving good time thinking it would arrive in time for a friend’s birthday gift in December). But this is not a complaint - I’d like to say that the two customer support people I spoke to (Jacob and Kieron - apologies if I’ve spelt these incorrectly) were both very understanding and helpful, as well as reassuring in terms of what the situation was and how long the issue would be resolved. So in the end, this was a good and successful customer journey. Many thanks!”

“Great selection of games, and it was easy to find what I was after. It was a little frustrating that one of the games I wanted was preorder, and the date got pushed back until after Christmas, so I had to split the order and then didn't qualify for multi-buy discount. It took longer than I expected to dispatch the games, but they arrived in good time and were well-packaged.”

“I had a few problems with delivery, however, it was in a round about way but the problem was solved once I made a fuss. So on the one hand, fed up it took so long to despatch but also really happy that social media was monitored and someone took the trouble to look at my account, see what the problem was and sort it out within a couple of hours. So well done.”

“Fast delivery and packaged well as always. This is a present so I can't review the actual game but I've order multiple times from Zatu and never an issue with them. Delivery was late however it is a busy season.”
